SCAMMERS, THEY TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT ME USING THE APP, I HAD ANOTHER ONE INSTALLED AND ACTIVE. I CONTACTED THEM TRYING TO CANCEL NIGHTS BEFORE MY FREE TRIAL ENDED. NO ANSWER, I EMAILED THEM ASKING FOR A REFUND AND DELETING MY ACCOUNT AND DATA, NO RESPONSE. SCAMMERS TRYNA ROB US FOR $15. CHEAP MF SCAMMERS.
Hi, there seems to be some miscommunication. You have used the free trial once and when using the app a second time, Shopify automatically billed you. We have sent you multiple emails to try and clarify the situation and to address any concerns you may have. If you have not received these messages, please check your spam folder or your invoice. We apologize for any frustration and confusion this may have caused.
This app caused issues during setup. My variant options were not displaying, but after disabling the app, they appeared again. I'm now switching to a different app.
Hi, we are sorry to hear that there was some confusion during the setup. There is an option in the settings that allows you to hide or show the variant choices. It is set to be on by default because a majority of users prefer this option and we want to make the setup as quick and straightforward as possible. I can't even cancel the free trial ! Like it won't even let me do it, its def a scam
