Laura from PrimeLab's support team is incredible. I requested for a refund after shopify accidentally charged my acct. even though I have uninstalled the app. Laura expeditiously and assuringly followed through the process until approval. The refund was on pending status for the pass 3-2 days and today, 23/7 it was finally approved/ passed. TQ Laura for your assurances and follow-up. That's a human touch. No AI agent can provide that kind of assurance at a human level.

I would love if you guys Bring sticky add to cart im sure that would increase conversion on the page + a option where the person can get a gift from a bundle.Sine buy 1 get one free gives only my product buy 2 get this gift free etc

I have several stores and the app worked great until this last store. Completely greys out the variants if it isn't available in the selected size or color and won't let you choose any other available options at all. Extremely frustrating. Tested this out in my other store and the problem is not there at all. Don't know what to do to get rid of this bizarre bug except disable the app completely which I've done and it immediately corrected the issue. Show variants IS SELECTED ALREADY, so that is not the issue. Please help! Email at jim_unltd@yahoo.com
