As someone who isn't tech-savvy, I was hesitant to install a new app on my ecommerce store. However, Prime FAQ's one-click installation made it easy for me to get started. The prebuilt FAQs were a huge time-saver, and I was able to add my own questions and answers with ease. The support team was also quick to respond to my inquiries, making the whole experience a breeze.
