Great customer service. Whenever I have a question someone always resolves my problem quickly.

I have been testing most of the apps on app store to fill my labels need, and this app is by far the best. Its easy to use, it has better performance, better design and the contidions for displaying labels are way more comprehensive - with a lot of dynamic options that will really make an impact if you want to leverage different shop messages to make your product more interesting. Last but not least, the customer service is very fast at responding and hands on. So far all my requests are solved perfectly in the first response - which is not always the case with other app that has available customer service. Thanks!

This app is so easy to use and worth every penny! I love to be able to alert my customers to new listings, near sold out products and let them know what products they have already purchased! I would 100% recommend this app not only for it's functionality, but it's ease of use and customer service!

We have been using this app to display badges as well as product highlights on our app store and we are super happy with it. The app is super flexible to create your own badge styles and it allows us to make it easy for our customers to find new arrivals, specials and highly rated products, as well as with the product highlights we are able to showcase the best flavors our coffees and teas offers.
We just migrated from a Shopify 1.0 to a 2.0 team and had some questions on how to get some badges to show up and the team at Prime Product Badges Stickers was super helpful and that on a a weekend. Could not ask for any better support.

The support is very fast and fantastic response even though there is time difference (we are in Japan). Also, we sometimes had issues of budge to display on search results page because there was a problem between this app and other app. however, their tech support was fixed firendly so we were no problem. Also, the budge is supported for Japanese characters.

The best and simplest badge app, period. We used this on our BigCommerce site for years before migrating to Shopify and this was the VERY first app I downloaded. I don't want to disparage other badge apps (as I have tried and uninstalled many), as I am sure they are appealing to others, but if you want a smooth experience and a professional (or fun, or quirky, or whatever style you like) appearance, this is THE app to use. You will like this app so much, you will be coming up with tons of ideas to merchandise your items just as an excuse to use it. The support is fabulous, the price is reasonable. Frankly, if I were other app developers, I'd be begging to collab--this badge app would be killer combined with upsell/recommendation, email marketing, discounting, review, etc. and Shopify Flow.

The app works well, and the support team responds quickly.

However, the app struggles to adapt when we update our theme. We have to contact support to ensure badges and features display correctly. A self-updating feature would eliminate the need for support and reduce errors in badge placement.
