I discovered this app after trying several different form builders on Shopify, and I have to say — this one truly stands out. Everything connects easily, the setup is intuitive, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flexible it is. You can attach a form to any button and have it open in a pop-up without any complicated setup — it just works.
I’m still in the process of building my website, but this app has already become a core tool in my workflow. I’ll definitely be creating many more forms in the future. The support team is also excellent — quick, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Overall, it’s a great example of how a well-designed app can make your work both easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Just started using the app to create application form. I love the versatility of the form builder and how easy it is to integrate. I had problem and used the chat feature to get help, and was immediately talking to someone and was able to get a resolution. So far app is everything I was looking for in form builder.

Fabulous app. I was looking for a form that was able to apply conditional logic on the success page and Primy is the only one I found that can do it. Plus, the support is outstanding. Mike walked me through the steps to make sure my form looked exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommended form builder!!

Its great, the templates are easy and customizable. Its the 3rd field form i've tested and i'm sticking with them.
