I rarely leave reviews, but this app honestly exceeded my expectations.

I was looking for a form builder capable of handling more advanced and personalized customer flows, and this app turned out to be EXACTLY what I needed. I was able to create fully bilingual forms with conditional fields that appear based on my customers’ answers, which is incredibly useful for my business.

The flexibility is impressive. I can create forms for specific pages/triggers and choose whether they appear as inline forms, pop-ups, or floating forms depending on the situation. This has allowed me to better organize and target customer requests, which will also help me build smarter AI automated replies and improve my customer service workflow.

What impressed me even more was the customer support. Their live chat support is genuinely excellent — fast responses, useful answers, and real help from people who actually understand the product. Special thanks to Mike!
