Hello,
Your order are placed from different app, they are not our orders. You asked us to fulfill orders that we never received. We sent you screen shots of the details of your orders, if you are using a different app, that app needs to fulfill your order not us. We explained this to you several times. You are currently using 2 different Fulfillment apps. We receive the orders that are placed through our app and fulfill them, your unshipped orders are not our orders. You need to contact the second Print on Demand app you are using. You do need to fix it by yourself, apps belong to your website, you downloaded us and another print on demand app. We always took care of your orders. The unshipped orders are not from us, and we can't fix them.

Great quality shirts and hoodies! The app makes it easy to upload and the detail is definitely worth writing about. I like how it can auto fulfill too!

Absolutely would recommend Print Melon for anyone looking for a Print on Demand service. Zack has been extremely helpful and accommodating through the integration process. They are always available to answer any questions we have and are very professional about it. The quality and turn around time is unbeatable in this industry. We are looking forward to growing our platform with Print Melon.

My order was placed on July 1, 2020. 8 days later my 6 samples in various sizes are here and they ALL look AMAZING!
They also emailed immediately to let me know a color was out and they replace it with another one. Very good customer service. Great pricing, Great prints. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

Print Melon's customer service is by far the best I have encountered with the various POD apps I have tried. They are so helpful and quick to respond. I know they are currently working on improving some of their UI functionality which will only make working with them even better!

So much better than some of the other POD apps that I have used. Definitely have good reviews for a reason! They get my packages out on time and have a lot of different stuff! They even can engrave custom knives! It is very cool stuff!

I ordered several shirts, and was not satisfied with the quality of the print saturation or the color, and the quality of the Tie dye shirts specifically are not acceptable for my customers. Additionally I did not think that the design lab align feature was useful in any way, as each color of shirt the image would be in a different place. I selected this company because the brands to choose from in the available products. I won't continue using this provider when I have had good experience with other apps

Thanks for your constructive review. The tie dye shirts we use are all well known brands, and unfortunately that's all we have at the moment. It's very hard to print on Tie Dye shirts, that's the reason why many of the print providers are not offering them. We are able to print on almost anything since we use top of the line printers. Our priority is to make sure prints look perfect and we always improve ourselves, we are very sorry that the prints were below your expectation. You can always contact us for replacements or any issues you may have. We will always make it sure you are well taken care of. We will be adding more tie dye items during the year. We do appreciate your business and wish you our best in your ventures.

UPDATE: Nothing but 5 stars! There were a few growing pains, but nothing we couldn't figure out. The ownership has reached out multiple times to make sure I'm on the right path. If you're a small business looking to partner with a caring company, I strongly suggest!!
Posted 10/13/2020: Excellent quality and turn around time, but I'm REALLY struggling with Print Melon's Customer Service at the moment. Customer service is available via email only. In my interactions, I find I am having to repeat questions and statements via email frequently. This tells me my emails are not being read in full. I am, also, in one frustrating back and forth right now regarding my accounting/charges, and cannot get a time scheduled to speak with someone live. Specific issues: -Test orders without valid payment being processed, despite email confirmation that they would NOT be processed. -International shipping charges applied despite items being shipped within the state of CA. -Lack of invoicing or documentation.
-Credits issued in amounts that do not match past charges creating a mess to rectify. I hope to change this review to a 5 out 5 and partner closely with Print Melon once these issues are addressed. I will update this review accordingly. Fingers crossed!

Hello,
Thanks for your review, we have responded all of your requests within same day, matter of fact in couple hours. As one of the orders being charged for international shipping, you input a different country than US, we sent you screen shots of it. If you enter any other country than US, system will automatically charge you an international shipping, and there is nothing much we can do about it. You will need to make it sure that you always put US, United States for the country. Yet, we did also fix that address issue for you and refunded you the difference. As long as you put US, or United States you will not be charged any international shipping.

You had Payment Error orders, our system will automatically try to charge you unless those orders are cancelled. If you don't want them to be processed, please always cancel the orders. We printed 10 shirts, and shipped them, you have told us that those orders should have been never shipped. We issued you a refund for all of the shirts, the orders were still shipped.

You can find your order details and charges in your Print Melon Account. If you click details, you will see the detailed charges. You can always ask us as well, but invoice is always there, please click on " Details" button.

You wanted us to give you a call today, and we responded letting you know that our day is full scheduled with phone calls. You have to schedule a phone appointment, and our staff will give you a call.

Each email you sent was responded and none of them were the same response. You were asking details for the same order numbers couple times, and we responded the same details of those orders.

We are very sorry to disappoint you, these above issues can easily be fixed by using the correct country code ( US or United States) and cancelling the orders that are not meant to be shipped. Regardless, we took care of them for you same day, issued your refunds while still processing them, and explained the issues with screen shots.

I love the app. The garment I test ordered was really great quality. I wish there was an option to "see" how big my design is 12inx14in etc. Using the dragging button, my shirts end up with various size prints. Thanks!
