I'm new to PrintMelon and haven't used the app much, but their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I had a lot of trouble migrating products from CustomCat to PrintMelon and the tech support at PrintMelon answered me immediately, returned messages promptly, and even communicated with Shopify on my behalf to solve the problem. Ultimately, the answer was "operator error", MY fault. (blush)
I'm now moving my entire store from CustomCat to PrintMelon because of their customer service and quality printing.

how can I add a design in the left or right arm sweatshirts? really need it.. . please let me know.
Thanks for your review, on some of the products images do look towards slightly to the left, we are aware of it, and this will not effect the print coordinates on the back end. It will still printed centered. Since we use actual images of the products, some of the coordinates are tiny bit off on the design studio. This will be fixed, our apologies.

This is my go to POD app! Love all of my products thus far. I make my own sublimation shirts but for colored/dark shirts I use PrintMelon and I have no complaints!

First of all Print Melon's customer service is amongst the best customer service I have received from any POD app on Shopify. The respond very quick and you don't have to wait a day for a single automated response. Their work is printed and shipped out quickly and the quality is great! I hope they have other products they will be adding to their POD service because I would love to use them for more products!

I'm very happy with this app so far. The ui is straightforward, and the setup and info is good. I had a minor issue, and they responded to the support email in just a couple hours. Also very good production and shipping times.

I love the clean and easy-to-use interface of Print Melon app. The prices of the garments are fair (the adult tees are less pricey than Printful!) and I like how many different styles are available. I ordered some sample products and I really appreciate the good print quality. I also emailed a question and their team got back to me within reason. Really excited to use this interface for my orders this busy season.
This app is probably the best one to start or improve your drop shipping online shop ! It's so easy to use and there is plenty of choice to create your own products.
I used to work with the Print Melon team on other business and I can tell you their customer service is really amazing. The prices are really low and the quality really perfect, they always care about my orders and deliveries on time.
Ordered samples and got them in my France address within 10 days, that was super fast!!
Now I just have to focus on my designs and marketing strategies I don't have to worry anymore about how I'll supply my orders, stocks or shipping, I know all the work will be done perfectly and on time.

J'ai déjà travaillé avec l'équipe de Print Melon sur d'autres activités et je peux vous dire que leur service client est très réactif. Les prix sont vraiment bas et la qualité vraiment au top, ils se soucient toujours de mes commandes et les livraisons se font en temps et en heure.
J'ai commandé des échantillons et je les ai reçus à mon adresse en France en moins de 10 jours, c'était super rapide !!
Maintenant, je peux vraiment me concentrer sur mes designs et mes stratégies de marketing. Je n'ai plus à m'inquiéter de la production de mes commandes, des stocks ou des expéditions. Je sais que le job sera fait à la perfection et dans les temps.
I have received samples from every single POD company in existence. I stumbled upon Print Melon and decided, why not try? I am so glad I did. I don't understand why this isn't more widely known with in Shopfiy communities! The Print is on par with heat pressed vinyl or screen print, the customer service is top notch, and the t-shirts I ordered as samples came out AMAZING.
I promise I am not getting a kickback from this but I just had to spread the word!
