The app looks promising and the support team is responsive. Initial 500 errors were resolved quickly.
However, I’m still unable to download, print or view invoices, receiving a “Contact support” message instead.
Core features like this should work out of the box.

We investigated the download/print issue you described and have since shipped fixes along with a much-improved live preview, so documents render correctly out of the box.
