Most product are not even available for sale. I keep getting error messages. It's annoying!!!!!!! Should have said it before I complete the process. Waste of time.

I wanted to start working with printful but not before i ordered items for myself. So i ordered 4 items.
I'm a serious person and very professional. All of my files are high scanned at 580dpi with a german cruse scanner which costs 250,000euro.
The crop top i received i will throw to garbage. It looks faded and blurry. Very bad. If i will try to sell it to my clients... i will probably lose quality clients. So no way i am showing this one on my online shop.
Also i ordered a girl racerback. Printful printed it not bad... however they forgot to print the back side and left it white.
I ask of you, is this a professional system? NO.
Imagine a client paying his best money, waiting 10-14 days for the tshirt and get it white on back... ??? what would you do?
SHAME SHAME SHAME this is all i have to say about Printful.
If any out there are happy with Printful so maybe you was lucky... but do you really want to build a business about being lucky to get good products and pray they will arrive ok for your clients??? think about it.
If any of you know about other good service for high quality printing sublimation at reasonable prices, please write me.

Truly terrible company. I made a design which received dozens of orders, and now it’s placed on hold because of “copyrighted material”
1. it contains no copyrighted material at all
2. After being proven wrong when I supported myself with evidence, they flat out refused to admit it and said “all decisions are final”
I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone as long as they continue like this.

The designs you choose to print must comply with the right of publicity, trademark, and copyright laws. We expect print-ready files from all users and we expect the designs to follow these policies.

I ordered my products from them on October 28th 2020 and it is now December 6th 2020 and I still haven't received them.

I have been using printing for the past 4 months... the quality of prints decrease overtime. The designs on shirts are terribly printed it’s always crooked and extremely small on bigger shirt. You would think that the design will be printed bigger for big shirts because we design on medium shirts, but they don’t. Customers constantly want refunds due to prints not being accurate like picture. Don’t let me get started with trying to contact them smh. I always call but NEVER get an answer or call back. Don’t bother with this company. They’re horrible. I’ll be switching back to my regular local tshirt printing companies.
I started my store on March 10. The shipping window at that time was about 10-14 days. I was a little weary because that's borderline too long for customer's waiting to receive their paid for products. This was pre-corona. Now in June I am experiencing 30+ days wait times. I reach out to customer support and they keep giving me the robot response and blames it on Covid-19. But you can only blame so much on this virus. Regardless I cannot afford to lose customer's or my great reputation because it's taking Printful longer than one month to fulfill my orders, not ship but fulfill. I'm strongly considering using a different platform.

Due to the situation with Covid-19, we are still feeling the impacts on our production times due to state restrictions at some of our facilities as well as the unexpectedly high order volume at this time of year. All of our teams are working hard, but fulfillment delays are expected for the time being while we catch up. The developers never added code to update the shopify product image when you need to rearrange a printfile on an existing products. They aren't going to tell you this on the front end either, so be careful because you may end up having to redo a lot of work like I did. Also the support staff don't understand the app and are useless.
The Printful platform has become almost impossible to use. It takes ages to just add one product because the platform is so slow. Sometimes it freezes completely and you can't continue adding products or it takes forever to load the next step. I contacted support and was told to clear the browser cache, but this does not help. Very close to abandoning Printful and looking elsewhere.
