Really like the app and the quality of the products were worth the cost until the pandemic started. Orders took a month to receive, the quality was crap and when argued with them about the quality they told me that for their backup facilities it was still good enough. I can't sell new products that look like they came from a donation store after 10 years of wearing and washing. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Since we are using printing services of back-up facilities to help us manage the order volume at this time, there might be some slight differences from the quality you might be used to when receiving products from us directly. The back-up facilities were selected based on their quality and speed to ensure that they can provide products and service which are up to our standards. I can definitely understand that it might not be pleasant to receive a product which is not the same quality and your feedback on this experience is definitely useful to us.
We also offer the option to opt out of back-up facility fulfillment in your Printful account -> Stores -> View store -> Settings -> find "Orders" under the Settings section, and uncheck the box for fulfillment at back-up facilities. With this, your orders will be routed for fulfillment to the most convenient facility from the options you have left enabled in your settings.
I see our customer service team has assisted with resolving the situation with the received order.

Very user friendly, It integrates with your shopify store super smoothly! It makes print on demand a breeze.
Excellente application , en attente des produits de la marque Champion en Europe :) , pour une prochaine mise à jour il faudrait proposer des impressions non brodé sur les Bobs old school
So far I absolutely love Printful the app is really easy to use and integrates really nicely with Shopify. I love the mockup generator. My only wish is that there were more of the various tshirt products on it to mockup...
i used this app to add products to my store. Its fairly easy to navigate especially if you're not tech savy. I did not enjoy figuring out how alternative feature works even though there's a video for it. I'll know more from my customers experience and i'll update this.
Great app. The push features are basic and straightforward. A few intuitive changes to the interface would definitely change my rating to a 5 star.

One of the better apps on the market and I just trust them more because they've been around for so long and have good reviews from others. The only really annoying thing about them is that you can't merge iPhone and Samsung cases under the same product, I have to download all the images and merge them manually being at risk of human error and getting the sku wrong. Also, wish there was somewhere in the product creation process that you could change the weight. Would be amazing if you could provide PSD mockups too. But other than that, I'm happy.
nice app,but i would love to see more products in the future like over size t shirts or beach towels
Service au top pour les t-shirts mais catalogue réduit pour les boutiques situées en France. Les commandes passées notamment pour les hoodies via les Etats Unis sont longues à arriver, environ 1 mois et demi, j'ai dû une autre app afin de pouvoir avoir mes hoodies en 5 jours.

Malheureusement, il ne nous est pas possible d'influencer les délais de livraison et nous comprenons que les délais de livraison ne sont pas agréables. Nous voyons la situation s'améliorer lentement et j'espère que nous reviendrons très bientôt aux délais de livraison normaux!
