Printful: Print‑on‑Demand

Como CEO da Esot Store, gostaria de compartilhar algumas reflexões sobre nossa parceria. É inegável que o custo dos produtos oferecidos pelo Printful é aproximadamente 65% maior em comparação com outras plataformas brasileiras de print-on-demand. Este fato é lamentável, mas gostaria de destacar que a integração e o desempenho geral da plataforma são notáveis.

In my opinion this app lost one star because of the high rate in shipping

The worst company ever. I ordered some products and they weren't delivered to my house although they said delivered. I contacted USPS and complained about it. I have a front porch camera so NOBODY came to deliver the packaged. (Package was not stolen, it wasn't not delivered here period) Prinful asked me for proof of USPS, so I had to go and ask for an email so they could send the order again. ( ...

The integration with Amazon dosen't work anymore, the information on Printful web site is outdated... The discussion I have had with Printful is that Amazon has changed the process and at the moment Printful cannot help, you have to look to Amazon. By reading all the comments on the web and here, I conclude that I am not going to partner with Printful and look for another POD. .

Terrible. App doesn't work with Shopify, as it leaves order in pending status until you contact Printful. Then they give you a pdf on how to manually order the item and the PDF has completely wrong directions! Was glad I kept the support agent on chat so he could talk me through it as literally every step was wrong. then didn't take responsibility and after the manual order was in, they waited a ...

They met their print timeline, but then chose to ship DHL to USPS. The item got lost between DHL and USPS for a week, and missed the event the t-shirts were needed for. When contacted, and requested that they not use DHL but ship with USPS directly and save a full week of go-between, they told me it was my fault. The app is great for integration. I tested a product and it was fulfilled quickly, arrived on time and the t-shirts are printed extremely well with excellent quality.
