The Printful app works flawlessly for me. I'm on it almost daily to upload new products and edit existing products and I've never had an issue with it.

I used this app to help me while learning how to be a first time mother. As someone who does all of my orders by hand, it really helps to have help that looks soooooo good! The app is great! I just wish Shopify's shipping times were quicker.

It’s so sad this App used make me a crazy amount of money, but now I’ve had to deal with so many refunds because fulfillment can go from 2 weeks min to a month not including the shipping which gives customers no hope. Of all the printing apps they are hit the worse by Covid 19 by far even with it settling down now.

We're sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been great, but hope we can improve it moving forward.

Unfortunately, the global pandemic has also hit CA and NC, which is where we have two of our fulfillment locations and the government has issued the "Safer from Home" orders, which means that we've had to limit our production at these facilities and distribute incoming orders to our other (MX and EU) facilities, as well as look for backup facility options.

I opened my shop not long ago and I ordered some t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt samples to see the quality of the design and fabrics. Concerning the quality of the fabrics, there is nothing to say. However, as far as printing is concerned, I'm really disappointed. I don't know if it's the DPI that's causing the problem.

It was really easy to setup and launch my store. The tutorial videos are updated and detailed to their changes. I was able to design and launch my store within 24 hours! I started getting customers the same day and I am already making money! I will continue to use Shopify for my current and future stores!

I used this app to help me think outside the box and come up with new designs. I like how it has videos for everything I could think of and more. I also like the challenges because I learn so much and I get points to use towards ordering samples of my products. I wish it automatically knew when I add a product that is on the list for points so I don't have to re-post and delete the original one.

Great app, great products. Only wish there were more choices of pieces with a wider range of colors rather than only black, white, and gray.

The integration is good, but they take to long to fulfill orders 6 days to fulfill and 11 delivered with standard shipping and they said 5 to 7 days delivered

Our fulfillment timeframe is 2-7 business days for apparel items and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Although we can't provide a specific date when the order will be fulfilled, we will definitely do our best to fulfill it as quickly as possible.
Shipping time depends on the selected delivery time and occurs during the business days as well. On rare occasions, there may be some unpredictable circumstances that occur which could delay the shipping time, but generally, the orders should be delivered within the estimated timeframe.
