I used this app to link my shopify and etsy store to printful and it was very straight forward and I did not have any issues. I have been able to make a few new products already and I am looking forward to making more.
So far this app has been a breeze to use. The only issue I have had has been with clarification on shipping and tax information. However, this is more to due with inexperience on my part. Integration with shopify has been great.

It was very easy to add products that were optimized to my store. Highly recommended to anyone who's trying to start a merch store or promotional swag for clients and fans.
Has tons of options. The ability for a customer to customize a design is huge. This opens up possibilities for products that instantly become higher value and thereby can be priced higher.
I used the app to help me with everything I do between printful and my shopify store. The app is great! So far so good.
