I am very worried about the color saturation, and the placement of the logo. Both issues are difficult to deal with via chat. I really wish there was an option to speak on the phone.

Their customer support SUCKS now. It used to be great, but they shut down the phone number and their chat support is only weekdays during work hours now. I'm having an issue adding products and the fix they gave me would've deleted ALL of my hundreds of items, but they neglected to tell me that part. I was suspicious that might happen and confirmed it with them. They keep just sending me back to Shopify for help, instead of helping, giving me some BS about a product limit in Shopify that doesn't exist and sending me back to them...AGAIN. I don't know if they're pulling back support because they're in trouble, but there a 50/50 chance ik just gonna switch to Printify.

Awesome integration, super user friendly, with so many products and options! Their base pricing is stellar, and with a subscription your profit margins can be even better. I might feel a little bad having such great profits per product, but with the high quality and quick shipping times I can sleep at night, lol. So far the product quality for all my orders has been exactly as expected or even better, and the sizing has been super consistent. Reliable and exactly as pictured time and time again, Printful has become the backbone of my brands manufacturing/supply pool.

It is great but how do I get it to work with Shopify. Shopify keeps sending my order to Printify which I don't want I want Printful

For the ease of use and initial setup, its great! No issues as of yet. I am new to all of this, but for a first timer, very easy to use and navigate.

The products are great but the integration is horrible. I have to upload a product multiple times before it'll say all sizes are in stock. For example, I'll upload a new t-shirt & it'll say all sizes are in stock besides Small. So I'll re-upload the product & it'll say all sizes are in stock besides Medium & 3XL. I have to do this over & over until it finally shows all sizes as "In stock". I've reached out to customer service & no one can find an answer or a resolution as to why this is happening.
