moderately easy to use. I don't have much experience with digital sales or pushprinting, but I feel like I have enough resources to figure it out. I get confused about offering 'free shipping' by adding it to customer costs, and how that affects my profit margins... but that's all part of the learning curve.

I would want more optimization for editing products on mobile. There is currently no way to edit already existing templates.

I linked my store with Printful and now I can't gain acesss to the Printful account... I'm logged into Shopify and see all my Pintful products however when I try to edit them on Printful it redirects me to a Printful login page.. When I login using my Shopify email I'm met with an empty account with no stores and products... when I try to link this to my Shopify it tells me to download the app via Shopify's Admin.,.. which I already did. Hence why I already have products... Nowhere on Shopify will it tell me the login info for my Prinful.

So far so good! The integration works well and I appreciate that I can use Printful on more than one store without having to have more than one account with Printful.

Seems like there is no (or low) quality control. Sample products arrived with ink errors, faded prints, and misalignment issues. Make sure you demand all your orders to customers get MANUALLY checked because the default QC process in place is not satisfactory.

Once reported, customer service was quick to reprocess and re-ship, but they could have saved both themselves and me time and money with proactive quality control.
