Printful : print on demand

I would rate you guys 5 stars. Really good dropshipping i would always continue to recommend others to you.

The app is easy to use and reliable in terms of features and integration with Shopify. However, there are certain quirks that need to be fixed. E.g. if the seller choose to provide free shipping on the product, the cost should be carried to Shopify including the shipping cost from Printful as that would help the seller and Shopify to calculate profit correctly. Without this feature built in, sellers are forced to update each item variant's cost price one by one, which is a time killer.

They have been great for years but just recently I was unable to log in to update a payment method. After weeks of back and forth with Printful Support, they could not fix the issue and I was losing money and orders. I realized that they were sending automated emails saying they are working on the issue with redundant links in the emails for a password reset which did not work properly. No humans were involved. They had no concerns, awareness or interest in solving this issue. I am in the process of transferring all of my procucts to another Print on Demand. This was shameful and costly.

So far so good. I have only made designs and not received any products yet. The quality and fulfillment will be a deciding factor. Up to this point it is very user friendly but wish there were more mockups. No complaints at this time.

Good for new business started

When I decided to sell products online, Printful was recommended to me. As I researched Shopify, the person told me to use Shopify as my store website in collaboration with Printful, who will fulfill my orders and send them to my customers. Since then, I have been satisfied with Printful. The pros to using Printful is that you can design products with relative ease, they have great customer service, and they provide their customers with reshipments/refunds for damaged/incorrectly produced products. The cons to using Printful is that although they have an extensive product catalogue, some popular products sold elsewhere are not available and that some of Printful's products are more expensive.

GOOD

When it comes to altering print files and changing inside/outisde labels, your site is slow and clumsy. there is no easy way to just (a) change inside/outside logos and (b) do it without a dozen extra step. Updating inventory is a NIGHTMARE

great website for p-o-d! they update on the regular so its always something new to look forward to! a must have if you have a upcoming website and/or brand.
