Wish their help videos were more obvious to find.

The order was charged, and they did not ship after 15 days. After 15 days I contact and they said it was out of stock. Did not have any email, notification about that?

I was able to locate the order and I see we had a stock delay from one of our suppliers. For products that are "restocking" we don't send an email notification. Printful is one of the easiest apps to use and their products are top notch, especially their pillows. I have used their service on multiple different platforms and only ever had one problem that they immediately fixed. (A t-shirt was sewn wrong and they were very quick to replace it.) Customer service is always prompt with answers. If you are new to drop shipping your own designs, this company should be your first choice.

Not just extremely slow shipping but slow production as well. Put in a sample order last year that took a month to even start production. Have been using other providers instead. Disappointed because I wanted this to be my one stop supplier and liked the idea of in-house production. Maybe they will get better but I canʻt risk alienating my customers as a new business...
