I've been able to get printful to work whereas printify does not work for me. I wish there was an 800 number so I can call and get immediate tech support when I have questions though

Do not like it preferred the way it was before the new updates very difficult to get to for templates.

products are generally far to expensive. this especially applies to socks
also there are no options such as cargo pants or cargo shorts available

I very much dislike the new shopify integration. It's too simplified and feels like I can't find anything. I also can't see any tracking data unless I open a new tab and navigate to the full site. Feels like and unnecessary change.

It's 2024. There is NO REASON that you should even have an app for Shopify if all the migration needs to be done one at a time, product by product, manually. What a terrible customer service experience.

Printful takes a very long time to roll out new products that other sites offer, especially for women and athleisure/ swimming. My customers and I have had very good experiences with products, offers and shipping since 2020.
