I've used this app in the past with a lot of luck. I'm not certain what's changed since using it again other than now fulfillment is happening out of NC. Two out of my first three customer orders have needed to be redone. One was missing an entire side and had the label printed on the front. The second order was on a tee that the stitching missed the seam entirely and had a hole in the shoulder as it was not stitched together.
It's apparent Printful is having QC issues or not doing QC at all. This makes it difficult and rather embarrassing to launch a brand using this company right now.

We do have QC teams working at all our fulfillment centers and each item is reviewed before it is shipped out. However, human errors do happen and some issues may not be noticed at first and we understand that it can create an unpleasant situation. It is important that our customers report any quality concerns to us, should there be any, so that we can take a closer look into what happened and help resolve the situation, and how the same issue can be avoided in the future. Such a great app! Really helped me create success through my store.
Good app, easy to use once you have done a few designs. Easy to change variants. Product selection is good. I like it.
You can only add 2 products per day? Is this a joke? It will take you a year to build a store with printful if they allow only 2 items of AOP per day.

This limitation on adding 2 new AOP products per day is set in place while we clear up the order backlog caused by the global pandemic.
Our main goal is to bring our average fulfillment estimates back to normal and then we'll also re-enable unlimited product push for all product categories.

Simply put, Printful has made it easy and possible for a single person to run an online store.
The worst of the worst. Very bad customer service. 4 out of 5 initial clients were completely disgusted by the time taken to fulfill their purchases. In a couple of cases almost 14 weeks to deliver. In another case, the product simply never arrived. One client received the package that had been opened. Simply pathetic. Do not buy the subscription plan.

Our fulfillment time hasn't increased as per our update page (https://www.printful.com/fulfillment-updates), however, right now we are seeing global shipping delays that affect all online orders but we are working with our carriers on a solution for this. We sincerely appreciate your patience!

Fantastic, a real hands on company. Always happy to answer questions , takes pride in producing products here in America. Could use a more diverse product line perhaps, specially since the are located in Los Angles, there are plenty of suppliers nearby.

**UPDATE *** ordered 3 demo products and 2 of them were substandard in quality.
the canvas print ( which is also the most expensive product they produce ) was not stretched tight and by the time I received it was sagging into the frame , thus putting creases all around the print, it's in the trash now.
So far it has been a week and they still have not issued a refund. I am really not sure if I can trust them to deliver a quality product to my customers. They might be good for T Shirts , if that's your deal , but so far, the other products and the resolving of complaints , Printful seems to talk the talk, but can't walk the walk.
I have a feeling that I will downgrading them again. Or just dumping them as a supplier for my up coming ad campaign.
I had them at 5 stars until I actually received a product.
*** Well round 2 with these guys... 3 pillows and a framed print as of 6 days after order was made... 1 print shipped finally... no word on the pillows. Such a let down. Lets face it, if you live in a metro area in the United States you can have all of the services Printful offers at a better price right near you and you won't have production or shipping delays. Example : 16x20 image wrapped canvas print, Printful $39.99 and what they shipped me 5 days later was thrown in the garbage because of lack of quality. Office Depot, same product $29.99 and received in 2 days and was perfect.
*** Latest *** upgrade, although it took a bit longer than I expected to ship from them , the pillows I ordered were spot on; although I have learned to not use a white background as the pillow case is a bit see through. The framed print while cost prohibitive , was printed on a nice grade paper and had good finishing in the framing. The quality control was much better than the last shipment.
Very professional tool which helps me as a beginner. Creation and import tools are very efficient, I hope the next steps, sales, will be!
I just received 3 mug samples and I'm so pleased with the print quality! The colors are bright and crisp and the details really pop.
