I found this app to be quite difficult to navigate and not user-friendly. The interface is confusing, and simple tasks like uploading designs or customizing products take more time than they should. It lacks clear instructions, making the process frustrating for new users.

While the product options are decent, the overall experience feels clunky and inefficient. Improvements in design and usability would make a big difference.

I like the convenience of prihtful, but I printed some shirt and the ink ran off and started to peel, some of the shirts lost their color also. I charge 30.00 for the shirts and need better quality, is there a way to make the shirts last a little longer than less than a year?

Bei dem Innenetikett funktioniert es nur mit einer T-Shirtfarbe ab zwei kann man nicht auf Weiter klicken ohne dass ein Fehler auftritt. Dieser Fehler ist schon seit Monaten nicht behoben worden.

Their service was great and it’s been a favorite for years, however, there’s been a number of issues I’ve attempted to address with Staff regarding the quality of their shirts. We had very questionable amount of wear and tear over a short amount of time, I would say 4-6 weeks tops. Please look into the quality of the products.

Installation is easy. Product creation is easy. It has been nearly impossible to connect Printful to my Shopify store and successfully sync the templates/products in Printful to Shopify. I'm convinced it doesn't work.

the shipping is really slow and it doesnt give exact times on delivery. Had angry customers because of the unclear instructions of when the delivery was to be.

Easy to set up . FREEEEEE right? Nah you sell a 10-20-30-40-50 dollar item and make negative money or 1-2-3 dollars. They get rich and you don't. Use better services out there.

Well honestly the experience is rough, both of you charge so much, like really 1 shirt is like 80 dollars, its ridiculous, shopify does nothing to help they just talk your money, make a report do nothing like no call service cuz they know people would be calling all the time complaining, its like no one can be successful, its insulting.
you need to lower your prices and you need to start paying me because it polpe like me that truly use your service.
