I use printful for my brand because of the quality and the support that I can get from the printful team.
Not only do I think the app is amazing, but the product, the turn around time and everything is simply the BEST with Printful.. Thank you

Really convenient way to use Prinful to build a dropshipping business. Love it!
Love it, there's some little bugs sometimes with mockup generation and sometimes tracking numbers don't get transferred to shopify orders (only like 5% of the time) but overall Printful is legendary and has helped me so much with turning my creativity and ideas into reality, seeing people wearing my art and using my art around the world. Couldn't thank you enough <3
It's easy, the products are great and we couldn't be happier! From start to finish we've had nothing but positive experiences and even started using the in house design options!

BEST dropshipping app. Takes a little too long to fulfill sometimes but other than that, best company!
I've never had a bad experience with them. So far I've used them for t-shirts and adding designs and getting them fulfilled has been super easy.
Giving this app a 5 stars, makes my job a lot easier. the only down side is t-shirts get discontinued so have backups with similar ones.

You are right, some products can get discontinued.
In most cases this is due to the manufacturers we work with experiencing stock shortages, or the product not being popular among our customers/if it's had bad reviews.
This is why we suggest setting alternatives for your shirts.

The bench mark - Period. Customer service is perfect, the integration is brilliant. I've been selling apparel online for nearly a year and these guys are the best (I've used 4 different printers). The only ways I can think to improve would be if their print area was increased on the back of tees (I could then completely move all my designs to them). Also, more product availability in Europe. Would also be nice to see a low profile, 6 panel trucker cap (military operator style). with these minor points addressed I would never need to use anyone else other than prihtful!
