Garbage This people make my business look very bad my store almost was reported with the BBB because they got charge of a product that it took 5 months to received not good for business not recommended

Waiting for a package to be delivered for that long is definitely unusual and it sounds like it may have gotten lost in transit at some point, but was eventually located. I will follow-up with you via email to find out more details on this order and your experience with us!

I had my FIRST order 6 days ago...now 6 days later,they just 'picked' order...they said I ordered 4 days ago,but I definitely didn't....so another 1-2 day,maybe 3 to fulfill....then goes the shipping time....nice,my first order...very nice
Hi there, thank you for your review! Our fulfillment timeframe is 2-7 business days for apparel items and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Although we will try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, we do ask to consider the full fulfillment timeframe when submitting an order. The delivery time is additional to the fulfillment timeframe, so make sure you select a shipping method that is suitable for your needs.

Products never arrive at customers or arrive too late,
customers very angry and disappointed by delays, You can lose the business as my loss of customer and sales is happening to me because the orders never arrived on time and customers threatening to sue for the scam because their order never came, it is a very bad idea to do business with a company that cannot send your orders on time because they arrive very late or they never arrive and you can lose everything as happened to me
Hi, thank you for your review! We are very sorry to hear that the orders are experiencing delivery delays! We understand that not having the package arrive as timely as expected can create a negative experience.
Postal services and carriers across the world are still encountering delivery delays. We are seeing the longest delays for orders shipped from EU to North America, due to the limited availability of cargo flights. Packages shipped from EU to international destinations can take up to an additional 30 business days to be delivered. This situation should improve soon as more flights are becoming available, though delivery delays are still expected until the situation normalizes. We do hope the situation returns to normal very soon, so that we can continue offering fast fulfillment and delivery services.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Takes customer service over 72 hours to respond to a simple email, usually do not have a solution for up to two weeks. I would recommend anyone interested Printful to not use the application. Fulfillment time is typically longer than suggested.

HORRIBLE guarantee product arrival. We ordered sample product for our business; hat, hoodie and tank top. Tank and Hoodie were bundled together and hat shipped separate. However; they listed same tracking number for ALL items. Hat and Hoodie were NEVER received BECAUSE the hat tracking number showed as delivered and received...well NO SHIT!!! The hat did arrive, not the other products! Printful refuses to provide items or refund money; therefore, they get shitty recommendation and this awesome review.
Don't use them. Pulling our business.
The store does have great products and is very useful. However, the measuring tool is off-centered and has been shipping with the logo out of place which is ultimately affecting our customers. Aside from that, the customer service for Printful has not been helpful and very argumentative. It is a shame because I do enjoy this app.
Update:
Along with the previous issue, Printful lost an order that was supposed to be shipped and did not refund the order nor apologize for messing up the order. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Please be better.
UPDATE:
Printful does not inform you their products are "sold out" until your customer orders. Which means you have to tell your customers the product is sold out. Why doesn't Printful tell you their product is no longer available well before someone orders? I would use another third party to supplement your needs....

I see that you have submitted a problem report about this error and our team was able to assist with it - thank you for taking the time to submit a report as this helps us understand the quality concerns better.
While it is possible to center a print file in the mockup generator, the generator will not be able to center the design within a file. This means that if the design itself isn't centered in the file, our generator will not center the actual design, it will center the entire print file based on the width of the file.
It is important to make sure that the design is centered in the file prior to uploading it or centering it manually in the generator so that the prints are centered on the finished products as well.
We certainly take responsibility for errors that have happened on our end and in cases where better print results can be achieved by making changes to a file or a product, our team will provide suggestions for what can be improved.

We're very sorry to hear that a package has become lost in transit! We trust that the carriers we work with will deliver the packages without any damage and within the estimated delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, packages may get lost during delivery due to unpredictable circumstances. We understand that this can be an unpleasant situation and we do take responsibility for orders that have become lost in transit due to carrier errors, however, claims for lost and damaged orders have to be submitted within 4 weeks after the last estimated delivery date as per our policy.
Since more than 4 weeks have passed since the last estimated delivery date of your order, our team may not be able to offer a refund, but we'll follow-up with you via e-mail and we'll assist in resolving the situation!
Update: In case there are stock issues with a product, we would let you know by sending a notification that the product is either temporarily out of stock or discontinued. This way, you can take the time to prepare and decide whether you will removed the product from your selection or replace it with an alternative.
Unfortunately, rarely, there might be cases where our suppliers have run out of stock of the item suddenly. In these cases would reach out to you about the affected order to inform you about the situation and you will be able to decide how to proceed further. I definitely understand that it is not pleasant to encounter a sudden stock issue and we try to notify you as early as we can if there is any problem with the stock of the product. I see our team has contacted you about an affected order and has offered some possible solutions. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has created!

Every order Ive done has taken over a month to ship to customer.Very slow fulfillment process, but the website says shipping and production will only take 12 days.

We definitely understand that the current events have not been easy for many businesses and people, and we are doing our best to continue providing our services to our customers. As for most businesses out there, we have not expected the effects of Covid-19 and how it would limit our resources. Our main goal was to keep our staff safe and continue to support businesses and fulfill our customers' orders. Update: finally got an update from customer service. Asked to speak with the Chief Operating Officer, guy on the phone says," He is to busy to talk to you is there anything I can help you with?" I replied, I am the COO of my company and your customer and he is to busy to talk to me? Guy took my email address and blew me off.
Save yourself some headache and money hit delete now!!!
Where do I start… people who give five stars claim customer service? Where? I didn't get any… just emails from overseas that just frustrated me even more. As a small business owner I used this app on my shopify store to "save" money and in the end it has ended up costing more money in refunds and shipping and discounts to angry customers who now have a bad image of my company and has impacted my business for years to come. Do you know what Printiful has said to me? Sorry, we sent the wrong size. Your fault sir, our sight magically "even though we have sold the correct one before", like the stupid hogwarts theme we have for customer service magically sinked incorrectly. So we will not refund or replace.
What? Am I responsible for sinking the site once a week? Let's not forget that the design process was horrible. Explaining the same thing to 90 different email robots then asking how to get the Mock ups and final design to match without getting charged for another $10 art fee that I had already paid twice.
No help at all just blaming me. Well I'm a professional graphic designer who has been doing what I do for companies full time for the past 7 years and I have never worked with such a frustrating and disrespectful company in my life. App deleted. Lessons learned. These things suck.
Do NOT use Printful. I ignored all of the warnings not to, and I've been having unhappy customers one after another because of the delay in shipping as well as low quality of work. I'm closing my business because I'm not proud of the product people are getting. If you're wanting to make a good first impression with your customers DONT use Printful.
