SO happy that they keep updating their services! Quality of posters are amazing! Super vibrant colors!
Quality of apparel is so so.. The prints don't always print straight. half of my samples came with obviously crooked prints, its great that they offer tag removal, but sometimes they remove the tags too roughly and the stitching comes undone, I also had an experience with a tag that was shipped with the tag still on.
Their customer support team are super friendly and helpful but. Had nothing but good experiences with them.
Disappointed with the turnaround time for producing and shipping shirts... I have had orders sitting since June 6th it is not June 28th and still waiting for fulfillment.
(1 star because i know they can do better...but maybe they are choosing not to)
Yes, people are aware of the COVID-19 delay but several businesses are being held up or have come to a stand still waiting on Printful to get their shipping options together. The is bad business and we are currently shopping for a new Vendor...
I am a manager at a fulfillment center. COVID has cause us to be 10 times busier and we have only experienced a noticeable delay of ONE day for certain items....so a 4-6 week delay in printing a tee shirt is un-excusable.
Hi, thank you for your review! We're sorry that the orders are taking a longer time to be fulfilled! We are experiencing longer production times due to the situation with Covid-19 and an unexpectedly high order volume at this time of year. The order volume we have been seeing at this time is comparable to Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend and with the various restrictions and limitations in place to keep workers healthy and safe, some products are taking more time to be fulfilled. By temporarily disabling sample orders and some products in the product push, we are already seeing improvements in fulfillment time for the most affected product categories.
We understand that these delays are not pleasant for our users and we sincerely apologize for them. We are working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible and we hope to return to our normal fulfillment times very soon!

READ what they stated in the GUIDELINE FILES . Order samples before you decide to move to AMAZON or something big like that! "Make sure you have held in your hands" "what you are providing to your customers" MIND YOU " your work being printed and handled thru another company".
NOTICE .. Leggings "do not line up if your work is symetrical"! When they say that .. they mean it! 99.9 % of the time "YOGA CAPRI or JUST leggings" "on the side" "front or back" "will not line up """at all""" EVER"!! If you report it they will tell you over and over .. its in the guideline files! so good luck! DONT GET ME WRONG "I Still love printful" "due to very few customer service reps that took care of me"
Now HAVE TO SAY Printing Quality at PRINTFUL is INCREDIBLE !!!!
The leggings material is SICK so GOOD .. only issue is lining up ! You guys loose 2 stars being I had to send 5 emails to get one pair of leggings replaced;
Good integration with Shopify but no support. I'm a new customer and all I get when I click on the chat icon is a list of links. 24/7 customer support?

Super easy to set up, and kicks out all the right reminders to keep sync in place. Useful.
Such a wonderful easy app to use. I recommend it to all. I have used other apps with other providers and find this one is just as good as the others.
Useful in marketing/branding novelty items.
I think the integration is very nice. A few things to improve could be to be able to offer the 3d mockup view in the store as it might improve the conversation rate. Also to get combined shipping rates for multiple orders with different items combined, for example large canvas and t-shirt, poster and t-shirt. Another point could be to have more mockup example, example darker more vintage or industrial looking rooms. Next improvement would be to have automatic ratio design adjustment when 2 variants have the same ratio.. example 12 by 16 and 18 by 24.

Regarding mockups images, we are already working on adding more mockups and diversity to our product catalog. Right now the most popular and newest products have a bigger variety of mockups, but we are updating one product at a time. We sincerely appreciate your patience!
