The products are terrific. Anything I've managed to produce to completion has arrived top quality, on time, and looking fabulous.

It's the design interface I can't figure out. I've wasted more time loading and reloading, deleting designs and starting over, sifting through help sections and not finding what I need to know - the online chat seems to be in a completely different time zone than I am. ...

VERY buggy. Have to repeat publishing to store several times. Browser keeps crashing. Pages hang. Horrible on some days.

Iits great, easy and efficient with handling sales and shipping. However there needs to be a automatic process of payment for fulfilment beetween shopify and printful if accounts are connected

Always glitching. It’s so frustrating finishing a long project just to see an error report and i have to restart over so many times, would be a great app if those errors will stop or even if they make an auto save featurethat saves your project along the way

Seems like there is no (or low) quality control. Sample products arrived with ink errors, faded prints, and misalignment issues. Make sure you demand all your orders to customers get MANUALLY checked because the default QC process in place is not satisfactory.

Printify has nicer totebags. their cards don't have ugly codes on the back of them (a complete dealbreaker). I kind of don't like their scattered vendor options, it seems complicated whereas Printful keeps it simple. But I'm ...
