Fantastic, a real hands on company. Always happy to answer questions , takes pride in producing products here in America. Could use a more diverse product line perhaps, specially since the are located in Los Angles, there are plenty of suppliers nearby.

**UPDATE *** ordered 3 demo products and 2 of them were substandard in quality.
the canvas print ( which is also the most expensive product they produce ) was not stretched tight and by the time I received it was sagging into the frame , thus putting creases all around the print, it's in the trash now.
So far it has been a week and they still have not issued a refund. I am really not sure if I can trust them to deliver a quality product to my customers. They might be good for T Shirts , if that's your deal , but so far, the other products and the resolving of complaints , Printful seems to talk the talk, but can't walk the walk.
I have a feeling that I will downgrading them again. Or just dumping them as a supplier for my up coming ad campaign.
I had them at 5 stars until I actually received a product.
*** Well round 2 with these guys... 3 pillows and a framed print as of 6 days after order was made... 1 print shipped finally... no word on the pillows. Such a let down. Lets face it, if you live in a metro area in the United States you can have all of the services Printful offers at a better price right near you and you won't have production or shipping delays. Example : 16x20 image wrapped canvas print, Printful $39.99 and what they shipped me 5 days later was thrown in the garbage because of lack of quality. Office Depot, same product $29.99 and received in 2 days and was perfect.
*** Latest *** upgrade, although it took a bit longer than I expected to ship from them , the pillows I ordered were spot on; although I have learned to not use a white background as the pillow case is a bit see through. The framed print while cost prohibitive , was printed on a nice grade paper and had good finishing in the framing. The quality control was much better than the last shipment.
Love this app, but I would really hope that you guys would step up and add a lot more " cool " products.

There have been a couple of products that our customers received that were cut off, however, we are doing the best we can at our new e-commerce business and Printful has been a huge part of it for us. We are thankful for the service that Printful has provided us. We like to think that the people at Printful put as much time and effort into making great products as we have designing the products that we sell. Although we haven't heard personally from the Printful team, we appreciate the time they take to create our products for us. It is a bit pricey as far as making a profit goes, which is something I'd consider looking into before using the app. But over-all our experience so far has been good. Thanks to the Printful team! Keep it up!
Ein paar Produkte sind sehr teuer und haben eine optisch nicht ganz so gute Qualität. Ganz negatives Feedback geht leider in die viel zu lange Lieferzeit.

Increasing my original rating from two to three stars because Printful has made the print files available on paid orders and I appreciate the time they took to respond.
Pros: the design interface is easy to use to make product templates. The packaging once it is sent to your customer is customized with your brand.
Cons: Shipping is not optimal, think about two weeks from order, and it is expensive. There doesn't seem to be any option for expedited shipping unless you are using manual orders. The models for some of their mock-up shots are in awkward positions that don't really showcase the product, or the models are wearing clothing over the product in the mock-ups. You can only download print files that use Printful's free design elements, if you have a paid order for that product. The sizing charts that import to your store for many of the clothing products are based on measurements taken of the product if it is laying flat, including the chest measurement. This makes no sense. Most clothing size charts offer circumferential measurements, its best to build your own using Shopifies MetaFields

Expedited shipping option is available only for manual orders, Shopify’s “Shopify” and “Advanced” plan users. The prices are based on real-time pricing of the carrier, but this option is available when specific technical requirements are meant from the platform (how it is for specific plans).
We do our best to upload new mockups as regularly as possible and we take into consideration all feedback provided from our customers. You can also upload your own mockups to your store or use a third-party mockup generator to better showcase the items you offer.
Please note that print files can now be downloaded from paid orders in your Printful dashboard.
Thank you for sharing your concerns about the sizing charts. This information is provided by the manufacturers and in most cases you can see both - measurements of the product laid flat and the body measurements to ensure the best possible fit.

I really think if a person has a job and trying to get into this they would have a hard time trying to manage this.

Great mockup generator, really terrible customer service (especially when talking to Europe's customer service team) and pretty poor fulfillment time that makes it really hard to give your customers a good shopping experience. But that mockup generator is fire.
SHIPPING, SHIPPING, SHIPPING!
I use different companies for different things I want my designs printed on. I am currently in BETA testing mode with Printful as my Print-on-demand service for my designs.
I need shipping to be EASY, not complicated. I also need it accurately calculated at NO EXTRA COST to me or to my customers. What my customers see during checkout should be the same as what I pay to Printful for shipping provided. If Shopify charges my customer $6.50, Printful should not charge me $6.51 or $6.49. It should charge me exactly what the customer was charged.
I do not want to setup complicated weight based shipping groups. It doesn't work well and either causes me to OVERCHARGE or UNDERCHARGE my customers. My customers, mostly VETERANS, DEMAND and DESERVE accurate shipping rates when checking out. It shouldn't be complicated for the software either in Printful or Shopify to know the shipping location and decide to use Shopify's shipping rates or Printful's. It's 2019, not 1998.
When I joined the live chat to ask for assistance, they tried to UPSELL me to fix the problem. This means it's possibly an issue they know about and refuse to fix as it's profitable to not fix it.
From the MUGS and PHONE CASES I've tested thus far: Print quality has been GREAT! Goods delivered on time as estimated on their website. Packaging is good.
Only 3 stars as shipping can help grow or kill a business.

Thank you for providing your feedback on the shipping options and we're happy to know that your experience with the print quality has been positive! Regarding shipping, when setting up the integrations, we add as much functionality as we possibly can while taking into account the limitations of the integration. Different platforms might have different shipping setup options such as live rates and flat rates, and on some e-commerce platforms, the live rate shipping option may cost an additional fee. However, with enabling the live rates, your customers would be able to choose the shipping option they would like to have the order shipped and you would be charged the same amount.
We definitely try to implement as many features as possible to make the app a comfortable experience for our users and feedback regarding the features we already have or you would like to see certainly helps us! The app is user friendly and has an increasing selection. I ordered 3 samples on May 24 and received the T.Shirts on June 20th (19 business days later). The quality of the T.Shirts are good. The print has the screen print feel.
The prints had a strong smell and required to be washed. After the wash there was no smell at all and were perfectly fine. The print on one of the smaller kids size T.Shirts I ordered did not have the complete print, one side had faded or was not printed correctly. Each T.Shirt has a tag with a logo/brand Anvil or American Apparel. Overall the T.Shirts are comfortable and when done correctly do look good.
Edit: Since writing the review underneath I have been contacted by some supportive and caring customer care agents. They have also informed me that Printful are currently in the process of opening a European Centre to avoid EU customs charges (see below). The actual opening date is still unclear.
Printful do not state VAT or correct product value on packages = Extra customs charges & VAT which have been crippling my business and customer retention (eg. a €40 hoodie will be charged an additional €19.50).
Unbelievably bad customer service. One agent in particular, who twice I had the misfortune of having to deal with. There is absolutely no care for the customer.
