Your prices are too high on all your items. There are other outlets that perform the same things that charge less. Also, your limited variety is a problem.

Hi, thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! Thank you for your feedback on our prices and variety options! We realize that the prices we offer might not be suitable for everyone, but we consider them fair taking into account that they include print and fulfillment, and they also help to cover such features as our mockup generator and the free integrations with multiple e-commerce platforms that we offer. We also do not have any subscription fees that you would be charged for using our services so you can invest more in developing your store and brand. We do review the prices of our products and features and the prices are decreased whenever possible.

I was with another provider previously, but this integration works really well and has made building and running my store alot easier.

Service is unmatched. Everything I ordered and my customers order from my store and Printful is always worth it, Fastest shipping service if you ask me. Great Company to be with.

Don't do it! They basically charge you retail prices and squeeze your margins to the point they are not profitable, after facebook ads and shipping costs I am left with (negative) -$4 to +$3 for all of my troubles. Based on their cost I need to charge $70-80 for a hoodie. This would be fine if the quality of the product were aligned with the cost. They are not. We have experienced multiple print peels and errors and many customer complaints. Cost aside the functionality is fine but note they will have many inconsistencies in the availability of the product. We liked a more premium feel so opted for the next level 4600. However, keeping this available on the site is a full-time job. The shirt is often out of stock, our latest issue seems to be we are unable to add the basic white tee as a variant. Like seriously I can't add white as a variant, this is the most basic of options?!?! In short a good option if you are looking for cheep quality prints and products for perhaps band merchandise but if you are trying to create a credible brand I'd use them to test designs and samples to get a feel for how people are responding to your designs, then immediately switch to a local screen print if your style is popular. Based on ease of use for new brands just starting out is the only reason I'd give them 2 stars. Once you scale to a point you'll need to move away from printful and find a printer you can work with on a more long term basis.

This is the best way to run a shop online, without any of the stress of taking the risk of storing and shipping products, even just printing them out.

Good app with quality products and printing. My only complaint is that at times it can be soooo slow. I've had items "Synchronizing" for half an hour or more.

I have launched my store using Printful lately. All my orders are impossible to be tracked. I mean you can track them up to a certain point. Fulfilment was in Latvia, and after the parcels were sent abroad there is no tracking of them as if they were lost. Printful rep tells me to contact the Latvian Post and that it is in transit and she understands my concerns!!! She was not helpful and could not give any answers as if it was a bot. I am so disappointed I'll have to refund my client. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES ON YOUR FRONT STORE UNTIL YOU CHECK THEIR DELIVERY SERVICES!!! CAUTION!!! Poor Customer Service!

Hey there, thank you for sharing your review and we are truly sorry to hear your experience hasn't been the best lately! We'll review the communication you had with our customer support internally.

I completely understand the current shipping delays can be very frustrating. Once the parcel is handed over to our carriers, we have no control over the shipping speed, especially, now, when everything is delayed due to transportation and social restrictions in place.

Once the order is sent abroad, it will remain with this status until it's received in the recipient's country and the first scan is made the tracking information should be updated then. In the meantime, the parcel can be in the queue on the plane, sorting centers, etc. The pending packages rarely get tracking updates about waiting in line which may give the impression that they're lost in transit. We will do our best to advise our customers of the wait times we receive from our carriers. It really is pretty seamless. I only wish you could edit a product design after it was posted to your store, without having to just post it completely over again.

Please note that you can edit the print file as well as pricing, description, mockups in Printful directly by clicking on that product. For design changes, tick in Bulk edit or individual variations and click Change print file.
You can also edit some product features through Shopify like description, pricing, mockup placement.
