I would give it 5, if there were a wider array of products
Printful is amazing and the best features are easy, wide and designed for business purpose like shopify and printful
Had a problem with the mockups. Used the chat feature to ask for help and within minutes I had live help, quick and accurate. Very happy with the service.
The app is very easy to use. Makes mocking and adding pictures to your store so easy.
I love how easy it is to use the app. also to create or add products to my store. thank you for making it easier for us all.

I enjoyed using the app. Had a brief hiccup with the steps needed for fulfillment. The real issue is regarding tax. For some weird reason, I have to pay tax as a reseller to states other than the one I reside in. I purchase from manufacturers all over the US, but as a reseller, you should never have to pay tax. I contacted customer service and all they did was refer me to a link on their site.
Hey there! Thank you for your feedback. Printful has nexus in 38 states, which means that we are legally required to pay sales tax for everything that we sell to you that goes to one of these states. If you are a reseller, you can submit a resale certificate to us, including alternative documents to cover other states, and we won't charge you sales tax for those states. I ordered my products from them on October 28th 2020 and it is now December 6th 2020 and I still haven't received them.
