Great app! Easy to get your professional online store started!
Printful! A friend recommended and I totally agree... Quality printing and Fast! love these guys, app is great and helping to launch successful products. Costs a bit more but reliable and worth it.
Customer Service is very delayed in responding to questions, which often leads to missed deadlines or fulfillment of packages. Also there has been some difficulty with uploading new products to the store itself. Other great quality printing.
I have launched my store using Printful lately. All my orders are impossible to be tracked. I mean you can track them up to a certain point. Fulfilment was in Latvia, and after the parcels were sent abroad there is no tracking of them as if they were lost. Printful rep tells me to contact the Latvian Post and that it is in transit and she understands my concerns!!! She was not helpful and could not give any answers as if it was a bot. I am so disappointed I'll have to refund my client. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES ON YOUR FRONT STORE UNTIL YOU CHECK THEIR DELIVERY SERVICES!!! CAUTION!!! Poor Customer Service!

I completely understand the current shipping delays can be very frustrating. Once the parcel is handed over to our carriers, we have no control over the shipping speed, especially, now, when everything is delayed due to transportation and social restrictions in place.
Once the order is sent abroad, it will remain with this status until it's received in the recipient's country and the first scan is made the tracking information should be updated then. In the meantime, the parcel can be in the queue on the plane, sorting centers, etc. The pending packages rarely get tracking updates about waiting in line which may give the impression that they're lost in transit. We will do our best to advise our customers of the wait times we receive from our carriers. I think it's great but it is overpriced compared to competitors. That being said, I supposed the quality might make it worth it. I wish I could easily update changes to a product once it's already posted in my store though.
While I enjoy using Printful for most of the apparel on my website and love that they keep adding more. One thing that is a huge red flag is the lack of great customer service. Anytime I "chat" with a rep; they're always very rude and not enthused about helping the customer solve an issue. I'm leaving this review after a one year observation because I'm not the one who goes around writing reviews for every issue but I felt like this review was needed. Work on your customer service because it sucks.

So far so good. Looking forward to a slightly larger print area on the t-shirts. It's great for "memes" but larger designs become a bit too small, in some cases. Otherwise Printful is awesome.
I use the app to integrate with my shopify shopify shop it is easy to work with and very helpful.
This is an answer to a HUGE problem..Makes loading products to my store a breeze...plus your fulfilment as well? A dream come true! Thanks millions!
Printful is outstanding. They offer many integrations into other store systems and marketplaces and their tools are so easy to use. I initially centered my business around Shopify with Printful as an add-on, but I now view Printful as the core piece of my business, with Shopify and other integrations as my add-ons.
