Printful: Print on Demand

When things go right, they go right. But when they go wrong, they go really wrong. Think of Printful as an extension of your business - at least that's the way customers view you. Printful's customer service is terrible - takes about a week to get a response and when you get that response, it's going to be your fault. I've been using them for about two years and a customer ordered a 2XL and instead got an XS. When customer service finally replied to my complaint a few days after submission, the answer was our products were synced incorrectly and we just needed to rysnc.

How is that our fault? When you publish a product, Printful syncs your product to your shop. When I looked at our other shirts, sure enough I found the same issue. Resync didn't work. We had to delete the products and re-publish. Now, will Printful correct this order error? Seems they won't. I replied and asked for them to make things right, I received no response. I emailed them a couple of days later and still no response.

Look, this is a better option then stocking inventory but this is the second customer service issue I've had. Just budget to eat the error because it's unlikely they will be there to help you out. 2 out of 5 stars because I don't want to be that vindictive. They still put out a decent enough service. Customer service is their weak link and it becomes yours too.

I've been using Printful for over 10 years and the first 9 were very good but they no longer offer live chat, quality control has gone super downhill and the carriers they use seem to lose a package every 7-10 days which is costing us bad reviews etc... so not happy and hope they get back on track or we'll be forced to go elsewhere.

Printful makes it incredibly easy to design and upload products. I'm creating fine art prints of my original paintings and drawings and adding them to my Shopify store. The amount of time saved compared to handling production and in-store product creation, descriptions and mockups all from scratch is unbelievable. My only frustration is that site the occasionally glitches, preventing me from including all mockups. I assume I'll be able to come back and update it later.

They've been sending my prints over seas with no protective cylinder. And their print quality is awful, according to customers who have left me reviews. Do not work with them.

let me rate it for a while i will change it if they fix the issue about the failure of displaying the product which I customized though it made me wait for hours, but still not displaying later.

While the cost to ship and house the products are high you get what you pay for. The products are truly high quality coming from a store that has sold hundreds to unknown customers and if you have any issue you can chat with customer support and they will replace the products for you quickly and easily. They also have a lot of diversity from coasters to mugs to apparel and coming out with new products frequently.

Good integration--gives you lots on control on both the storefront and the backend. Super satisfied with the shirts that have been printed. Crisp designs and colors.

I have been unable to save a product that I design for some time now. I dont use this app regularly and actually want to start using it more but for some reason, no product that I design gets saved it just keeps spinning and spinning-- literally for hours on end.

The integration is very easy to use. You edit the title, description, and product price, then add the product collection and tags, and publish the product to shopify. I sometimes take my own photos, so I upload them in shopify. It work perfect for me. Thanks!

Love the app. Simple to use, quick to create a large inventory. Sometimes glitches, but it's rare and not enough to bother me. Will continue to use & highly recommend. Wish I'd found the app sooner. They print & ship quickly, which makes customers very happy.
