Unbelievably bad customer service.
Wanted to expedite production of 2 orders because of a glitch in their system and the customer service rep was not being helpful at all and was blaming me.
Additionally, a customer of mine never received an order that was supposed to arrive more than a week ago and each rep gave me different excuses (pre-typed corporate answers mostly)
Not Recommended! I ordered a t-shirt in November and it said it will arrive to my clients address by the 25th of the same month, so far, January and it never arrived. Customer Service I spoke to said for me to wait till January 23rd to make a complaint, which to be honest is quite shocking since Printful advertises 3 to 5 shipping deliveries. Ok, we're in the middle of the pandemic, but to ask me/my client to wait 2 months is ridiculous, and also the t-shirt never arrived, so of course I lost a client and a lot of time and money. So I don't recommend their service. Not good at all!

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your order being delayed. Right now there are major international shipping delays and although we understand how frustrating it is, we hope that after the holiday season the shipping times will improve. In general, our shipping time is determined by the destination address and we don't have a set shipping time, all of those are estimates based on the average of the previously delivered orders. Please know that we are working with our carriers to shorten the delivery time.
Upon checking the communication with our team, we see that the order was refunded in full and we noticed a the mistake on our side - the month provided was inaccurate, the waiting period should be until December. We will internally take a look at the communication to improve the services moving forward.

1st, i design for 30-40 different stores and run all products through printful.. or atleast i did up until now lmfao.
LET ME SAY.. I added bootleg designs up to the site, bootleg as in inspired designs of celebrities fans can buy that are not license but 110% legal to sell, attorney approved designs. Bootlegs run the streetwear world, over 5 million bootleg items come out of stores every year and they dont require licensing at all. I should know this since my minor was in design law. BUT whatever, Print-ful knows best i guess ? After speaking with PRINTIFY, printful is a complete idiot, printify allowed me to do my business smoothly..
Lets get into what ACTUALLY HAPPENED.
printful allowed me to upload 20 designs for the superbowl.. approved all of them.. allowed me to send them to my site and integrate.. allowed me to sell them to the site and even approved some for fulfillment... then 1-2wks later bombarded with emails saying i cant use items and cant fulfill my items.. mind you im now like 3 weeks into my first order and since then have gotten over 50+ items sold in the time period..
they took all the money.. they went back and forth like a brick wall didnt matter if i gave them facts and gave them articles they wanted it their way or the highway which their way is literally mental.. well like i said, printify is handeling this.. and oh yeah !! still lost over half of the money printful took out of our bank and it hasnt been deposited but they "claim" itll show up some day.. its been over a week lmao.
they said their system is faulty and doesnt always catch things .. well as a million dollar business id recommend you hire knowledgeable reps and also hire people to make a less faulty system.. and yeah.. go to school and educate your staff on apparel design history because you look like idiots, i have massive clientele list of 50m+ net subs and they all agreed were posting about printful on platforms because this has been a complete headache and im out more money that i can deal with because of their stupid mistakes and stupid staff that cant understand they are not correct.
ON TOP OF THIS, the platform is NOT user friendly at all.. manually cancelling orders IN their site and IN shopify as well and ugh its a headache.. shopify reps are not pleased with this at all as well as ive been speaking directly with a team of higher ups.
Since moving off printfuls platform and onto printify we have gotten over 500 sales from marketing.. so luckily they are the only first 50-60..

HIGH PRICED JUST MY OPINION. I feel like every company should make a profit when doing business.... However, I can't see how a regular store can make decent revenue. Many stores are paying for marketing to have Printful to make a product for let's say $38 which would be a good price to sell to a customer for me a store to have to sell it for $50 -60 + Tax + Shipping..... just to make a profit. I feel like Printful has the scale leaning in their favor. I go online and find the same base product selling on Jiffy Shirts for $11.00. I'm going to just use my own equipment...I love the concept and platform but it's just not worth it at all.

It has bugs, importing the wrong retail price from Shopify, and even directly from the website with manual orders. Happened twice on a total of 3 orders. I ended up paying the customs fee 4 times the real price for my last sample-order! I tried to cancel an order which was not yet printed, they told me it was not possible because it was going to be shipped "right now", and if I ask to cancel my order they would not refund the money paid, in reality, the day after it still wasn't printed yet... what a SCAM!?
Customer service giving random replies just to tell something, instead of replying to the specific questions asked to resolve the problems created by their staff. If you order commercial samples they will not declare the products as samples, so the customs will charge you the full retail price, instead of the discounted and regular price. But yeah... then they kindly reply to negative reviews in here, like nothing happened, again! We are going to move all our products to another POD as you clearly showed no interest in keeping your customers and fixing these serious problems you have with your Shopify integration.
I see other people complaining about the same exact problem in here, but you don't care at all about us. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Even the customs told us that this is not a trustable service.

Regarding your order, upon taking a closer look at the communication + investigation you had with our team, we see that the value entered for the products was the default retail price. As for your concerns relating to customs fees, shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE.
I run a test order with them after basing my whole store on their app. Of four items ordered only one was good enough to be sold. The other three all had issues from bad printing to wrong sizes - labeled as XL but actually SM? through to designs printed off centre and at funny angles.
They do not respond to support emails and there has been no follow up. Avoid getting caught up in this terrible service and quality.
items are frequently out of stock and it's no alternative for the items. Most colors are just black and white no real options. Crazy how they aren't accepting my deal.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company will do everything they can not to refund you for their own printing errors. I am now in debt $2k with a customer because they printed 100 shirts so badly you could not even read the logo and they only want to refund 20% of the order. Their customer service team is not in the USA and they refuse to allow me to speak to someone in the USA on the telephone. Shop elsewhere!

Worst service ever! I switched all of my products to this store. They haven’t got anything right! Three emails and a month later and nothing but crickets with no tracking. My fab account was almost frozen and I had to refund my customers money. HUGE mistake using this company. They do not know what’s going on. My business looks shoddy now. How embarrassing!!

Unfortunately, seldom the packages may become lost in transit due to issues with the delivery address, unexpected circumstances during travel, or carrier errors. We would not be able to provide additional details on the tracking of a package if the carrier hasn’t updated the tracking page.
