Printful is great but keep in mind it is apparently impossible to migrate your store to a new login, or add a second account to your Printful store. According to their support team, they have no way to let you do this.
Since we've used our corporate Google emails to create our Printful accounts, I'd have to log in to my CEO's Google account to manage our Printful catalog. Grotesquely stupid, and short sighted. Printful, you really need to fix this! Until this gets fixed, I'll have to move to another printing provider!

I’ve placed around 10–15 orders with Printful, and it’s been a mixed experience. Almost half of them have come with problems, either with printing, quality, or sizing. One mistake keeps happening.
I ordered a 4x4 sticker that showed up as 2.5x2.5, and when I contacted customer service (for the second time), Jerlyn told me that was the expected outcome (the first time they apologized and refunded). Let me repeat that, a 4x4 sticker came half the size, and they said that’s normal the second time. The 5x5 sticker, on the other hand, came out just fine.
I ended up having to stop offering some products. Their prices are cheaper than a lot of other companies, but you have to decide if saving $1 per item is worth the risk of constant issues and the extra time fixing them.

I purchased samples and the designs are not even properly centered, very disappointing. Your suppliers only had one job and they can't even do it properly.
Can you make the UI for choosing mockups, shown in the front store, the same for publishing and editing.

The app is super buggy and extremely slow. Mockup are generated with the wrong embroidery colors. No matter what I do they don't update. The process to create products and publish is time consuming. They introduce new products then quickly discontinue them.

Their service was great and it’s been a favorite for years, however, there’s been a number of issues I’ve attempted to address with Staff regarding the quality of their shirts. We had very questionable amount of wear and tear over a short amount of time, I would say 4-6 weeks tops. Please look into the quality of the products.

The products are great but the integration is horrible. I have to upload a product multiple times before it'll say all sizes are in stock. For example, I'll upload a new t-shirt & it'll say all sizes are in stock besides Small. So I'll re-upload the product & it'll say all sizes are in stock besides Medium & 3XL. I have to do this over & over until it finally shows all sizes as "In stock". I've reached out to customer service & no one can find an answer or a resolution as to why this is happening.

- Process from purchase to shipping is very transparent
Things I HATE:
- I'm using Shopify and Printful together and if I take more than 10 minutes to 'design' a product, Printful times out and discards EVERYTHING I was working on, no matter how close I was to finishing. There's no "Save This Design" feature so I can't save it knowing I'll be taking some more time. I've lost half a dozen designs this way already. It's so frustrating and is now the reason I am going to be looking on Shopify for other apps they have to handle this part of my business.
If not for that one feature, I'd be very happy with Printful.

Bei dem Innenetikett funktioniert es nur mit einer T-Shirtfarbe ab zwei kann man nicht auf Weiter klicken ohne dass ein Fehler auftritt. Dieser Fehler ist schon seit Monaten nicht behoben worden.

Subpar customer support. Its not even worth going into detail anymore as I have updated this review many times and never for the better.
This company would not be bad however when you have an issue such as products that never get handed off to the shipping company after shipping labels are created and angry customers who by all standards should have received their order yesterday, and they are unwilling to do anything to help you maintain a positive image with the customer as they site "policy" as the reason for not doing what most companies would deem more than reasonable to provide a solution to a problem even if it requires a small amount of flexibility. They have no problem at all when you take the loss for their mistakes. And it's impossible to get a manger involved who can actually make things happen and approve reasonable requests as the "customer support" team will not escalate major problems when asked.
