Works flawlessly, support is quite good. Was frankly surprised how easy this is - there's some things to figure out like how to link separate product templates from Printful to single products in Shopify, but learning curve is very easy.
Quality of product is good. Customer service is poor. They need to work on phone support. They don't have any really.
Easy to use once you get the hang of it! Some of my products don't transfer over well so I kept them with a different POD vendor, but overall I'm very satisfied.
Printul remains a company plagued with inept leadership, as it epically falls short in terms of eco-satisfaction. To date, after at least two years of assuring its client base that it will go greener, it continues presenting products that destroy our ecology, such as the newly released 100% paraffin candle -- regarded TOXIC by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH,) with a limited exposure warnings for humans. THIS behavior of Printful is simply unacceptable at this point. Sadly, they DO NOT HAVE A CLUE, and seem to care even less, just as long as they can make a profit. What else, their website fails to meet expectation every step of the way, with each update presenting more and more problems. I'm looking for a replacement for this company every day, eagerly awaiting one that takes eco-responsibility more seriously, and knows what's at stake for e-businesses owners trying to meet a growing demand of eco-solutions. As well as one that knows how to stay ahead of the curve.
I am immensely dissatisfied with this company.

BEWARE! After doing business with this company for nearly 2 years, since they began they suddenly started fulfillment in the EU, Latvia and now I have to pay the VAT expenses when my customers purchase from that territory out of the US. Not cool!
If you're a US company and you spend all your marketing and customer acquisition costs and then send them to purchase Printful's products, they make 100% of their money, but as the store we then have to either make very little or in some cases, we actually paid money and I'm not in the business to lose money, so I'm pulling all my skus from them and going to their competitor who does have this opt-out function. It's too bad!
I love how simple and easy the integration was! The automatic mockup images are perfect and even more so since I don't have to make them myself. I'm even more impressed that when Printful is out of stock of a size of something or a product that it then transfers that information to my shop, showing those variants or products as 'sold out'. I've been so happy so far with my experience with Printful for my apparel and gifts store. Thank you so much!!
One of the most intuitive user interfaces I have ever seen - very easy to set up and get going.
Such a pain, the fulfillment process takes a while. They are real "Hold" happy, they place orders on hold and you have to do like many steps to get it released. Not too happy with the customer service either as they are not as helpful as they should be see how my business directly brings business to them. If there is a clothing app alternative someone please let me know. constant frustration with them and their lack of assistance.
Had to change my review from 5 stars to 3. I have been using Printful for 2 months now and my biggest problems is a number of products that are consistently out of stock and the number of items that are discontinued. At one point I had over 300 items out of stock and currently have 363 discontinued items. If it continues like this moving forward I will be willing to try another print on demand service.
Hard to sell items if you never have them in stock.
