Mi experiencia con printful a día de hoy:

- El periodo de envío de ciertos pedidos es aceptable. Otros tardan más y hay que pagar gastos de envío al recibir el artículo.

- La calidad de impresión por sublimación no es tan buena como para que el artículo tenga un precio elevado y así tener margen de beneficio razonable.

I like using Printful Awesome app only thing I like them to bring in Socks for custom prints. Overall Printful Rocks!

Works flawlessly, support is quite good. Was frankly surprised how easy this is - there's some things to figure out like how to link separate product templates from Printful to single products in Shopify, but learning curve is very easy.

Easy to use and import and price change my products. Product lines are good as well. I would recommend this to others. Sometimes it is slow to import but overall good.

It works great! Syncing of products is fast and orders are quickly picked up by Printful from Shopify. So far, I haven't had any issues.

I have placed a sample order on May 26th and still is NOT FULFILLED, how can you do business with a fulfillment center which hasn't fulfill the sample order for more than 10 DAYS? I believe when you get too big you can not handle the orders anymore!

Due to the situation with Covid-19, our fulfillment timeframes have increased and delays are expected for the time being. We recommend referring to our Covid-19 updates page for the latest information on the current estimated fulfillment times for each product category: https://www.printful.com/covid-19.
We are also experiencing a higher order volume than usual during this time of year, but we hope to catch up with order fulfillment and return to our normal production times very soon!

Very disappointed with the service I have experienced with the coffee mugs. I have had too many issues with the printing of the cups and I have troubleshoot several times with your team and still my problem hasn't been resolved. I am discontinuing my business because every time I reach out to your company you all make excuses and make it my fault. I don't like that kind of customer service.

I used to like Printful despite it being more expensive than any other app but Printful has been disappointing during this crazy covid 19. Other tshirt provider has been excellent with delivery but not Printful. It has been a month since my customers bought tshirt. Ordera are still showing "waiting to be fulfilled". I have sent email to support@printful.com twice 7 days ago with zero reply. Chat function has been turned off. What a nightmare. I should have removed their products asap but was too late for that orders!!! For goodness sake, I thought you are better than all other POD. But I am loving Teelaunch (great customer service for Teelaunch!!) and Printify (no customer service response) but at least their products delivered on time.

We apologize for the fulfillment delays we are currently experiencing for some product categories. With the various restrictions and limitations in place due to the situation with Covid-19 and an unexpectedly high order volume at this time of year, our production times have become longer. While we are hiring more production staff and scaling up our equipment to help us catch up with the order volume, delays for some products are expected for the time being. With an influx in customer messages, we are also experiencing slower response times and chat function is available at a limited capacity.
