Printful: Print on Demand

I used this app to help me do my orders. I really like how it does most of the printing design ideas. it would be nice if it did give more options for images.

Printful is a great company to work with
They currently do most of my fulfilment for me and their service is always on point. They're helpful when you reach them, their chat is a great option when you're in a pinch, and I've found that any time I'm in a tough spot with a customer they've stepped up to be helpful and done the right thing to make what could have been a bad customer experience a good one. They seem to understand that their support of me is what makes my support possible for my customers and that's the biggest thing for a company like them. Hoping they continue to expand their product offerings! Awesome to work with would fully recommend to anyone. - chris

This app is very helpful , straightforward. It is user friendly.

excellent app. seamless with shopify and easy to use. i would recommend the app to everybody with a ecomm store.

- Friendly customer service.

- Printing quality is good. Most of my customer happy with the printing when they received the shirts.

- The tracking link (International shipment) they provided sometime not able to get a full tracking information until the destination of the shipment.

- Some of the size will out of stock sometime and affected the fulfilment date, but they are slowly improving on this issue.

- The respond speed of the customer service can be improve. Sometime fast, sometime have to wait for few days.

Does all of the "table stakes" stuff well -- good visibility to their process and their tools work well enough. However, the more you use it, the more frustrating it becomes. Their customer support feels like it purposely tries to be unavailable. Their phone is never picked up, and messages answered days later. Email support is spotty, and chat is often unavailable (but usually the easiest way to reach someone, "easy" being a relative term with Printful). Their service is buggy, for instance I had a 60 t-shirt bulk order where the unit cost varied by $3.25 PER SHIRT (!!!) depending on how I set up the order, and I still can't get customer support to help me. Long story short, the more you use it, the more you realize they are not set up to make you (the seller) successful -- which is a big no-no when you're the highest priced/premium service in the marketplace.

Easy to use and integrate into Shopify, Customers are happy with the quality of the product.

Very intuitive and easy to use, positive experience overall. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering an easy POD service/integration. If you're already using Printful, it's a no-brainer.
