Have been using/working with Printful for 6-7 years now. I've also used their competitors but when it comes to the most important things of a POD app and store owner like user-friendly navigation/integration, product selection, quality of prints and consistency, printful is undoubtedly setting the standard for this business model.
Why only 4 stars?: 5 stars is a perfect score and there are definitely things they can work on, just like all apps and companies. I've used or at least did my due-diligence with almost every POD company that there is. Many do offer a wider product range for high quality and niches. Some companies produce better prints and embroidery.

I would recommend Prihtful because it is one of the easiest businesses to build. I am very challenged when it comes to technology and I create all of my own designs and monitor all of my own back office materials myself. If I can do this, anyone can!

I'm pleased with most of the features. Some of the parts of this platform that make me give it 4 instead of 5 stars are: I would like to have a larger number of choices for independent branding clothes. Branding packaging would be much simpler, like painting or printing my brand colors or logo on the packaging bags, boxes, etc. It would be better if there were standard sizes of bags and boxes according to the products that are put in there. Making us to creat the sizes of these product packaging bags and boxes for each product, is very annoying.

I wish they had phone support and they are a bit pricey... But then not having an inventory makes up for that. They have improved a bit over time making synchronization to a store a bit easier.
I would say that this has been quite the experience learning new things about setting up my online store but it has been great I'm still learning but this has been really helpful.

It is a bit tideous, however it is quite clear to get through all the steps and so far it has been working for me - orders have come through perfectly!

It is great but how do I get it to work with Shopify. Shopify keeps sending my order to Printify which I don't want I want Printful
