Super app. Works well, great customer service.
One app can not tell if I am the admin of site or not. To confusing to keep signing in each app associated wit your site

You can view your user role by going to the Printful app -> click on your name in the upper right-hand corner -> Settings -> Users. The role of each user that is associated with your account will show on this page. The role refers to the entire Printful account, not just specific integrations.

This is far-and-away the easiest system to use for creating a low-upfront cost apparel store with lots of amazing options for garments and brands. My only criticism is that all their "eco-friendly" apparel seems to be very limited in the print area they are able to provide whereas less ethical garments can have full coverage with the print/design. Not sure if that is a technical limitation or just the way it's designed right now. Love this service!

No tengo queja es una excelente integracion a la tienda, es entendible pero deberia haber una sincronizacion que me permitiera poner los productos en mi tienda mas rapido.

Dado que tenemos una integración directa con Shopify, los productos se pueden agregar a través de la aplicación Printful -> Productos -> Agregar producto. El producto que cree aquí se agregará automáticamente a su tienda.

Printful has put together a well thought out and powerful app. They are the only ones as far as I know to make a nice cap which is cool. After adding a product it takes a bit to be able to edit variants but their customer care is good. Thanks Printful!
This Is the easiest time I've ever had making printable items with an app awesome stuff!
Very easy to use - Once you have your artwork the app does the rest!
I have had a really poor experience with this company, from long shipping times (though I paid for 3-7 days; I am waiting still up to a month for one of my items) to poor communication (the chat is always disabled and when i am able to reach someone, there seems to be a disconnect or miscommunication about what I am asking. Even with a simple inquiry (where are my items? When Can I expect them? Why was I charged for shipping?) On top of that they have just discontinued an item that I have just purchased a sample of and pushed to my store. So basically all of this run around trying to place an order and actually receive it, was for nothing as the item has now been discontinued. I don't know, for such a huge brand, I guess I expected more. Disappointed.

Regarding an item being discontinued - we understand that having an item discontinued is not a pleasant occurrence and it is a tough decision to discontinue an item for us as well. Products can be discontinued due to low demand, quality or stock issues, and by discontinuing such products, we can work on adding better items in the future.

Nice work, works really well inside Shopify.
Extremely slow fulfilment time (more than 11 days!) Our test order has been marked as "Printing" for the last 11 days, they promised it would be fulfilled and shipped last Friday. Now they have told us that they have to print it again due to an error at their end and that it will be fulfilled soon!?! With the delivery time on top, an order with Printful will take nearly 3 weeks. Slow and unreliable. Not recommended!
