We've used a few Print On Demand services over the years along with a few different shopping carts. Since we have a ton of designs, it got to be a lot of work trying to mock-up everything in all the colors we wanted to print on. Printful has made that aspect of the business as simple as possible. Printful's new app for Shopify is awesome. Their new app and mock up generator work seamlessly with Shopify. It's easy as a mofo to get your designs up and running in your shop and makes selling online a snap and allows you to get back to more important things like designing.

Printwork this far is impeccable! They did so well i found the flaws in my design work (sample order) and was able to get corrections made asap before sales started rolling in! Pleasantly surprised by how quick & seamless the order process & turnaround has been better than promised, even during holiday season! I definitely recommend working with printful, but if you're still new to the design game, take advantage of the samples & guides available to make sure you're doing your job right.

BE careful.... deceitful charges, hidden fees (in embroidery printing) be aware of the so called (file digitization fee) that you will be obligated to pay $8.95 on top of already expensive products....
Our client has never received an order and the reaction of printful was (We do not care) it is outside of the 30 day window....
That is not how you do business..
We are glad to take this as a learning curve and pursue with finding the best POD service out there (and that is not going to be Printful) ...
Easy to use application. Just make sure you know everything before you stress yourself out. They are completely transparent.
Lately, they have been having issues with developing good products, some customers received bad printed products, shipping times are not as fast as they were, prices are expensive, I give them 4k per month and I don't get any kind of support from them, they haven't improved in any important aspect since months. I think if they keep treating customers like that they will keep losing them, but it's their business so. In my personal opinion a good company that is not taking care as they should.

Regarding prices, our catalog has a wide range of products and prices but please note that there are no hidden transaction fees for any of our orders and we extensively test all our products to ensure the best possible quality for the product and the print. Also, the prices reflect our 24/7 support, free cliparts, designs and option to edit the designs with our generator.
You also noted quality issues and shipping time. Please know that we are constantly working on making improvements in both areas and we sincerely apologize if there hasn't been much improvement for your orders specifically but you can definitely reach out to our support team in cases when orders take longer to deliver or there are quality concerns. Your reports help us work on changes in our system. We sincerely appreciate your patience!
