seriously Printful... disabling the option to add products with slow fulfillment. That's how you lose businesses just saying.

We have temporarily disabled products with the longest production times in the product push. This means that new products can't be created using these products, but existing products will still be fulfilled when ordered. This is a temporary decision and we expect it to help us catch up with the current order volume and return to our normal fulfillment times sooner.

I used Printful to create some customized products for my store. Love the final products and the quality of the merchandise is perfect.
NO STARS!!! I downloaded the app today to simply test the system and purchase a £20 T-shirt with print as a trial. To which PRINTFUL DELETED ALL OF MY EXISTING STORE PRODUCTS!!!
YES ALL!!! ALL 140 OF THEM!
It took me months to search, import, descript, crop photos, create catagories etc and yet printful just DELETED THEM ALL!!!
#Printful..... I think NOT......#PAINFUL,... YES!

We're sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been positive thus far, but hope we can improve it moving forward!
You are right, we do offer the option to delete any product that is listed on your store from our app, but this can only be done manually, by accessing your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync, selecting a product and clicking on "Delete". You will also see a pop-up to confirm that you would like to remove the product from both your Printful dashboard and your Shopify store.
We strongly suggest not deleting products you would like to keep on your Shopify store.
I can assure you that this type of action would not happen automatically, or as a response to a purchased order.

Very neat! Useful and easy to use app.
Working with the printful app has been great! So easy and fast to get stuff mocked up and published to my store.
If you're looking to add some apparel to your website without spending a ton of money to have inventory you may never fully sell, this is the app for you.
It is incredible how much Printful does for you. They offer a lot of different products, not just clothing. I am to the point where I am thinking of opening another eCommerce website that only sells products that Printful offers. Its that easy!

in my german store is not all in german :-( buttons with english text this is not so good for the customer

At the moment, in some cases, such as for the personalization feature, the button is not available in multiple languages. Currently, it is supported only in English and Spanish, so one of these options would have to be selected, but we hope to add more language options in the future. Printful is AMAZING - I get to be creative, they take care of the logistics. Best tee company tool ever.
Deliveries to Mexico are lousy. Customers have already rated my store 1 star for delivery time. The order may take more than one month, which in these times is no longer valid. China works better?!?! When you contact Printful, they bureaucratically tell you that they must wait until the month is up to raise the complaint; they don't know where the product is for about 20 days. So for Mexico, dropshipping does not work.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're truly sorry to hear that the deliveries to Mexico are delayed. We are working with global carriers that in turn work with the local carriers to ensure safe delivery, however, due to transportation restrictions, customs, and other factors, international deliveries can be late.
Please note that we take responsibility for any lost packages if you reach out to us within 4 weeks of the last estimated delivery date. We're constantly working on improvements with our shipping, so thank you for your patience!
