It's so easy and super fast to sett up. Very easy to understand and follow instructions. The help that is needed is easy to find. The hole process is very comfortable for someone who is insecure with tech stuff.

Outstanding support. I had a complex issue that needed to be resolved. The solution unfolded over several days and Printful support was with me every step, via back and forth email communication.
THIS IS THE ONLY APP I TRUST FOR MY PRIVATE LABEL AND HAND SEWN BRANDED ITEMS. EVEN THROUGH THE PANDEMIC, MY CLOTHES HAVE BEEN MADE ON TIME AND WITH GREAT CARE. RECOMMEND 10/10.

Printful has made some really awesome upgrades to their services lately, making the process extremely helpful.
I would not recommend print full to my friends - I’ve had multiple failed orders - I never received notifications- I’ve lost customers that used to purchase other things because they didn’t receive their clothes-
I’ve had customers had to wait for months to receive
I never get texts or notifications thru my Shopify - there is definitely a communication disconnect-
The pants I sell are no longer available in multiple sizes , and I was not notified of this
Also , one of my clients ended up losing/ breaking up with their fiancé because the birthday present they ordered 3 weeks in advance did not ever arrive, & they blame me .
