I need help getting my card on file change

If you are looking to change (or add new) the billing method on your Printful side, you can do it by going to your Printful dashboard > Billing > Billing methods > Add new billing method.
That said, if you are still encountering any issues with adding your card/changing the billing method, please drop us a message to feedback@printful.com - we will be happy to assist!

Always glitching. It’s so frustrating finishing a long project just to see an error report and i have to restart over so many times, would be a great app if those errors will stop or even if they make an auto save featurethat saves your project along the way

Well honestly the experience is rough, both of you charge so much, like really 1 shirt is like 80 dollars, its ridiculous, shopify does nothing to help they just talk your money, make a report do nothing like no call service cuz they know people would be calling all the time complaining, its like no one can be successful, its insulting.
you need to lower your prices and you need to start paying me because it polpe like me that truly use your service.
printful, your product suck, like you need more variety, like skateboard
