It's great as of now, I'm new to Printful, so far so good. It's easy to use, but I had a hard time at first navigating between Printful and Shopify, but after a few hours, a lot of reading and training videos, I got it.

Since these are two separate platforms, there are some actions which can only be done in Printful and some only in Shopify. It might take a moment to get used to using them both and getting familiar with all the features, but I'm glad to hear you feel comfortable using the platforms now.

Printiful is an AMAZING app/service to use when you're either 1.) testing out how a product will sell on your website without having to purchase a full inventory of something that may or may not sell 2.) if your company does not keep inventory of the products you sell, printiful handles that for you. Create your designs, list them, and never have to worry about shipping or handling any products. If there is only one negative I can say for Printiful, it is the speed of delivery, but this is to be expected and in no way something within their control.

Ship times take forever and there is no live service. I'm about to leave after 18 months. Was a good service but now all I have are angry clients.
