There are a lot of print-on-demand services out there now and unfortunately Printful is just no longer a good choice.

Thank you for leaving your review. We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing some trouble with the shipping settings.
Please note that it is possible to set up free shipping for specific countries through your Shopify account. You would need to create a shipping profile that has free shipping and select a country, then manually assign products to this profile. Any changes made to Printful shipping profiles will reset.
Since these changes need to be made in Shopify, not Printful, we recommend contacting Shopify support as they are better equipped to assist with this task - there are also various Shopify tutorials on this matter.

I like the app except for the fact that it doesn't let you see all your features so you can't go into the app and design a new item from your templates.
The app was easy to setup and use. I wish the resources was linked better inside the app of the Shopify.

Easy to use. Multiple options to choose from. Love that i can add my own graphics to anything, and the rest is taken care of - super easy.
Printful is very simple to use and works very well with Shopify
These guys ROCK! Moved from a different POD (CustomCat) because comparing side by side DTG prints, Printful was more vibrant and it didn't have a TON of pre-treat, the other guys was so coated that the shirts looked discolored.
The partial and 3D Puff caps... ROCK! These are the guys you want to do snapbacks with, trust me. Tight stitches, tight 3d puff. NFL/MLB/NBA quality stuff. I had those other guys and it was definitely garbage.
Having some issues with simple graphics in 3D puff and customer service communication, but overall if you give a sh!t about your brand, the little bit extra you pay is extremely worth it.
Would give 5 star but the inside labels are a major pain in the butt, hopefully they figure out something simpler. It's so painful that I don't even offer more colors because of it.
Very Beginner Friendly! Best way to start a new business without an investment in 2022-2023! I would have done this a long time ago had I known it would be this easy.
really smooth integration, definitely recommended for anyone looking to start print-on-demand and integrate with shopify
very easy to use. just need more steps on how I can draw more traffic and sales for my store. I have gotten very use to the app ver fast. one thing I like is that y'all take care of everything online for me, I really dont have to ship out orders, but if this grows bigger then me then I'll need more help. hopefully I can hire some real honest people. that would want the best for me.
