I USED THIS APP TO IMPORT AND DESIGN MY TSHIRTS TO MY SHOPIFY ONLINE STORE. THE APP IS A GREAT LEARNING TOOL ALSO FOR ECOMMERCE WORK.

I swear its a new problem every single day with these idiots. I unsynced one of my product variants from the printful interface because it was out of stock (no surprise there, these people cant keep anything in stock) and now there is no way to resync it. They only have a choose product button which forces you to completely recreate the product. I am getting so sick of this incompetent company screwing over my business.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that the products you have chosen for your store have been out of stock. Please note that we stock on demand, and in most cases, items get restocked during the fulfillment time if necessary. However, we have noticed an increase in out-of-stock items from our suppliers due to delays with manufacturing and shipping, but please know that we are working to improve our system.
In our product catalog, you can check the Availability tab to be sure which colors and sizes are stocked where and if they are in stock at this time./ We sincerely appreciate your patience!

Honestly, I am conflicted. I am very pleased with the customer service and have felt they truly have a genuine interest to make their customers happy. I have also been quite pleased with how easy their dashboard is. However, my major concern is with the quality of their leggings. I have ordered several samples and the print quality looks fantastic. I was also quite pleased with the quality of the material. The paramount issue involves two things......
1). the stitching along the crotch area doesnt seem to hold very well. 3 out of the six samples we ordered is already starting to come undone after wearing only once.
2). The lining inside the legging is white and shows through any legging that has a dark color (most especially on the black color).

To be fair, I haven't addressed the issue with them just yet. But I will be contacting them in the morning. I wish their customer service was more readily available as they seem to only stay open from 10:00 am - 5:00 (MST). I am hoping they will have a resolution to this problem.

finally a company that takes over the heavy work of starting a new business. too bad they don't have automatically fulfillment, only complaint I have !

The app is great and the design process makes it easy. But the steps after that are not so good. Slow processing on orders. When ever I bring it up i get the same answer most orders are processed in 2 days and shipped out after that. that must happen to customers who bring in lots of money or favored customers.

I'm glad to know that your experience with our app has been positive!

In your review, you have mentioned that the order processing is slow. Our fulfillment timeframe is 2-7 business days for apparel orders and 2-5 business days for non-apparel items. There are multiple factors that can affect how quickly an order will be fulfilled such as the availability and stock of the item, the printing technique, and the general order queue at the facility. Of course, we will try to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible and we are working toward a faster fulfillment timeframe as we understand that receiving the orders in a timely manner is important.
