Been working with them for years. ANY issues they do everything they can to correct them, and the variety of products we can place our art on, is amazing. The mock ups are becoming Stale, BUT I can create mock ups of products and now use GROK AI to help turn those product mark ups into unique displays for my store! Of all the print on demand sites I have tried, PRINTFUL has become # 1 :D

Printful used to be great, but ever since expanding by merging with others, quality and speed of fulfillment has gone downhill, even when ordering the “fast shipping” items. Also, the prices are so high it doesn’t make sense for a start up to use them unless planning to sell high prices for the same items people can just get from Amazon for 80% less.

Printful has been a reliable platform for my store so far. The product quality is good, and the integration with Shopify is smooth and easy to manage. I especially appreciate the wide range of products and the ability to customize designs without needing large upfront investments.
Shipping times can vary depending on the location, but overall the experience has been positive. It’s a great solution for small businesses and beginners who want to start selling without holding stock
