This is my first time creating an online store so there was a bit of a learning curve for me, but Print Genie's support team was really patient and walked me through their platform and how to add products and sync with them. I got my first order and it was fully automated with Print Genie - I highly recommend them, especially if you are new to ecommerce.

UPDATE: I received an immediate response after leaving a review. I'm updating my review because apparently they are still in business. The response took too long for me, but in all fairness maybe the response time will be better for others. ORIGINAL: Installed it and got a "Welcome" email on Tuesday 6/23, designed products and sent an email to them for support with their design tool on Wednesday 6/24, and still have not received a reply by Sunday 6/28. I guess they went out of business so don't waste your time.

Very fast to install and add/sync products. Lowest prices of all the other platforms I've used and combined with fast shipping speeds, Print Genie provides real value to my store in helping me grow. Extremely kind and patient customer service staff as well. I wanted a walk through with the mock up generator and adding products process and they replied very quick to me with a detailed text + video explanation. Would definitely recommend this app to all who want to start an online store.

Wow, I am very impressed with this app. I've used many other print on demand platforms before and this one is by far the cleanest and easiest to use. Products are added extremely fast and fulfillment is also quick. Customer service is also great - I had some questions about editing the synced products on my store, but they quickly walked me through it. 5/5 app, will be a client for a long time.
