If I could rate zero stars, I would. DO NOT trust this company to make quality products for your buisness. They have ruined 75% of my orders over the past few months. The quality of printing is GARBAGE. This last sweater which a customer ordered, looks like whoever made it was drunk. The lines are bled, the logo is ruined. This is ANOTHER $35 sweater, which I cannot be refunded for. When I tried to contact customer support, they told me I have to schedual a call with a 3rd party customer servicer company. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. PRINTIFY IS A SCAM. If you want more details, call my cell at 480-686-7842. Ill tell you all about how Printify continues to steal and lie to its customers. If there was an option to upload photos here, I would upload photos of the $200+ in bad printing. Oh, and no refunds. Scammers. You are what is wrong with America. Taking advantage of people will bite you in the butt in the long run.

I used this app to have my designs printed on some lace up, Martin like boots, and was very impressed by the quality of the print and the product. I will be ordering more in different designs to see whether the quality remains the same.

you can't do any profit with this app. they are charging HUGE fees for shipping.
You can't earn money with them, i lost a lot of hours to edit over 500 product on printify for finally see after getting my first order im not on profit cuz shipping fees are insane.
You can believe this? i sell product 40% more and im still not on profit.

We are sorry to hear that you did not manage to make any profits with us. Each product has a shipping fee that is transparent and can be checked under ''shipping and more details'' section below each product. Some products may have higher shipping costs but we are already working on that and trying to minimise the shipping costs as much as possible. Generally, we advise users to set up shipping fees on their stores so the shipping would be paid by their customers. In case the merchant wants to cover the shipping fees themselves, then they need to consider it when setting up the final price. Been using this app for about 5 months now. Its terrible.

They can't give you a proper overview of costs, they do millions of micro transactions, like topping up the printify account with $10 at a time to pay for a product, instead of being billed once a month, or atleast receiving an overview of how much has been billed in total in a certain time period.

Even after talking to they reps and telling them about the issues I had, there was 0 improvement.

20% off my orders get cancelled by printify because they decide they don't sell this product anymore. No prior notice, sometimes not even a notice after people have made a purchase for that product.

They have been waiting for months, because printify simply decided to just cancell the order.

And then they will tell you to remove the product from your store, refund your customer, and basically just lose all the money you spent acquiring that customer. Terrible terrible terrible system!

Yes, Printify is the cheapest, but the quality isnt very reliable and their system absolutely sucks (billing, logistics, etc.).

I 100% DO NOT recommend this app! Spare yourself the stress dealing with printify and spend a little bit more on a tshirt.

And then they also send you this uselss "Printify Daily Profit" report, which don't even include shipping cost in their calculation. Nor does it take into consideration discounts that customer have been using on your store.

Instead of sending they absolutely useless junk report, how about you send me a report of what my actual costs were for that day/week/month etc, and looking at how much I made in sales with printify products, so we can get a accurate number that actually provides some value.

Sorry but the longer I have been using this app the more it fires me up thinking about how terrible it is.

UPDATE: I set up my store for fun, and assumed I was making money. It started getting more and more orders, but I didn't really dig in, just thought of it as "free money" for the most part.

I say that to explain my mindset when finding Printify. The app was pretty easy to use, they had products different from Printful, and it seemed decent. I was pleased.

Fast forward 6 months and I'm trying to get serious as a business. I started digging into my expenses, and saw that for several orders, I was LOSING MONEY. How could this possibly be?

It was ALL because of PRINTIFY'S SHIPPING. Let me dig deeper...

I started with Printful. I had it set up so that Printful was setting the delivery price that my customer saw because they were my only print provider. Then I added Printify. I couldn't use that delivery price thing anymore, couldn't figure out another way to set it up, so I said "Screw it" and just set flat rate shipping. Printful's shipping was usually around $3 in the US (with some rare outliers) and $7-8 internationally, so I set my shipping prices as $5 flat for US and Canada, and $12 international.

Then I set it and forgot about it. That was so stupid.

Each of their printers has their own shipping, and they are not just charging you the costs. They are charging you like I charged my customers, with a little padding. That is not cool. Let me break it down:

Printful:
A mug
A backpack
A t-shirt
- All printed from the same place, and shipped to the same place, so shipping would be like $4 domestic, $8 international

Printify:
A mug - comes from one printer who charges $5 dom./ $12 int.
A backpack - comes from one printer who charges $5 dom./ $12 int.
A t-shirt - comes from one printer who charges $5 dom./ $12 int.
- All shipped separately from different providers, costing $15 domestic and **$36 INTERNATIONAL**

I don't know about you but that would be my entire profit margin. I added coasters through Printify, that were really popular but they were cheap ($9 or so bucks, $5 cost I think). I thought it would be an easy way to upsell. They ended up draining profits because the shipping ($5) would eat up the profit margin and then some.

Don't be fooled by this. Do not use Printify unless they fix their shipping costs. I tried talking to support and they were just like "it's not up to us, the shipping providers set their own prices." So they don't really even care. I deleted all my products, cancelled my subscription, and uninstalled the app.

I left 2 stars because for everything else, they are great. If they fixed this, I'd come back.

Original Review: I love the app. It's pretty easy to use. There are a few small things that bug me, but overall it's a great app. I wish there were more products available. Right now, I have to use several different POD services, and I wish I could just use Printify. Great app!

So far I am loving this, once I got the hang of navigating it was very simple to add tons of different designs increasing the variety of products we carry. Also the shirts are so comfortable! The only downside is the cost per shirt, but it is made in the USA by workers who are paid fair wages and that takes some of the sting out of it. Keep up the great work, I am looking forward to new products being offered. Thank you!

PS. PLEASE get in 3XL and up, I have several customers requesting this. :)

TLDR: easy to use service with bad customer service. Great for beginners, not so much is you move lots of volume. *PROS: It is an easy to use, easy to integrate service with tones of manufacturers with a Varity of products! it is also more cost effective than the other POD apps. for its simplicity alone it deserves 3 stars *CONS: I feel bad for the suppliers that are teamed up with printify, because printify's lack of customer service is abhorrent. It took over 24 hours to get just a response in the chatbox. When customer service did respond they just sent me the FAQ about the issue as if I didn't think to look their already. I understand that Printify is really just a "middle man" POD service. As in they themselves dont have anything to do with the printing they just send the info to the provider. customer service is critical when you are the "middle man" and should really be their main front. the long que times terrible when trying to help one of YOUR customers out.
