Great support! I would highly recommend them.
I have had one of the worst experiences of my life with this application because of the non-professional way I was treated. I was practically expelled and discriminated against the functions of this application by just defending my rights as a professional and social. For me it is a total lack of respect that for only one error caused by perhaps my little experience since I was a new user of this application Printify decided that I could not continue using their services. For days I was litigating with the Printify Customer Service the refunde for only $ 17. Apparently one of my orders was made twice by mistake, one was sent to my client and the other Printify decided to send it to me since it was too late to cancel the production process something very unexpected since in the event I communicate immediately with the Department of Printify and I offered an explanation of what happened and there was where they determined to send the second order to my address, but this does not end there, I asked them to at least let me select my size, favorite color, etc but they again denied My petition, something extremely unfair and illogical, since HOW COULD I USE A T-SHIRT THAT IS NOT OF MY TASTE OR OF MY PREFERENCE CHARACTERISTIC?
Finally decided to make the return of the few $ 17 but won by only this small sum the dissatisfaction of a Client. Here I leave the email sent by Mrs. Alina Ignatovich of the customer service of Printify: Dear Alex,

I am an artist using this app to make merchandise printed with my art. It took me a while to understand how to use it, but I am pleased with how the samples look. There are a couple of things that would make the app better for me. 1. As a professional graphic artist, I rarely save my images as .png or .jpg files. I use .tif files, because they are less likely to degrade over time. PhotoShop doesn't ever offer .png or .jpg as forms for saving large files. Instead, the artist is obliged to make a COPY of the image and save it in one of these forms. 2. If possible, I would print my designs on clothing products on organic cotton, hemp, linen, silk or blends of these. Organically-produced fibers are what my clients prefer. However, organic cotton is only available from suppliers overseas. It's not even easy to find 100% cotton products on your site.

To be honest its great and easy to set up, automation is clear and understandable. Only thing is wish they had more woman clothing selection and model to select from that you and Photoshop our logo on and we can use that model in our store to showcase the product. Easy legal stuff 1 time fee per showcase like 15 bucks or something and we can select a diverse range of models to show our clothing line in our site.
So Far so Good. Can't wait to see what else i can do.
launched my first ever on-demand printing store with shopify yesterday, got over 100 orders and nearly every single one is having issues. we're constantly being notified that shipping destinations are restricted, many customers purchases are pending with the status "no payment" (and continues to not go through whenever we retry) even though the payment methods used are 100% valid/usable. would like to be in touch with someone from customer service asap to have everyone who's purchased from the store refunded and to shut down the store or resolve these issues asap.

Terrible quality!! Misprinted, Pink tinted, chemical smelling shoes! I was enjoying Printify until I ordered something for myself. I ordered a pair of one of the shoes I designed and the ink had a pink tint- even in the white ares of the shoes there was pink! (The shoes deign itself contained no pink.) The tracking was completely in Chinese, so I had no idea when it was coming. The shoes smelled like chemicals so strongly they made my entire room smell for a few hours, even after they were no longer in the room. ALSO they were misprinted! My logo which was on the outside of each shoe, ended up being on both sides of one shoe! Legit terrible. Then if I wanted to get a refund I would have to get Printify Credits after submitting a claim.
I DISCONTINUED ALL OF MY PRODUCTS FROM THEM ASAP b4 anyone bought any. Really awful.

Super easy app to use and set up. Opened up our shop, produced a bunch of products and had our first sale within three hours.
Now that some of the products have been shipped and received, I am concerned about quality issues with the printing of the garments.
Also, have had one item sent with a defective zipper and one item where the printing was smeared...tried contacting customer service and they are VERY SLOW to respond.
I ordered a black onesie but was very disappointed to see the quality and the print. It looked more like a shiny sticker than a print and had terrible colors. I won't be using it.
