I've had a great experience using Printify for my print-on-demand business. The platform is easy to use, even for beginners, and integrates seamlessly with my online store. I especially appreciate the wide range of products and the ability to choose from multiple print providers based on location, price, and quality.

Designing and uploading products is simple, and the mockups look great on my storefront.

An Amazing App . easy to design , easy to attach my shipping profiles, pricing is good , customer's services are excellent. But i dont like their Mock-ups which i have make myself which is very time taken process.

I have been trying to build a clothing brand using Printify for about 4 years now. Here is what I can tell you...

First off, don't expect ANY support. There is no direct customer service line, only "activities" that you open for online chat help. That would be fine if there was enough employees to read and respond to those tickets. If I have an issue with an order I just placed today, and I open a ticket: the order would be delivered before anybody looked into that ticket.....who is that helping?

Secondly, The quality is all over the place. "Printify's Choice" gives you the best prices, but there is no consistency in the print. I had 2 products on the same order come from different providers. 1 product was about average, but the other looked like they only used half of the ink they should have. The design was a black box on a yellow shirt, and you could barely see the black box...

On the bright side, they do have the best prices in on-demand printing, as well as low production times. They are good about sending reprints for below acceptable prints, and usually get it right the second time. The setup is pretty simple if you don't have any special circumstances (like nonprofits).

In conclusion: They will get it right eventually, but not always on the first try. You get what you pay for, so the great prices come with some headaches if something goes wrong.

ALWAYS ORDER SAMPLES! The digital mocks can be extremely wrong sometimes.

I’ve been testing out Printify for a little while—overall, it’s okay. The product options are great, but I do wish the dashboard was a bit more intuitive. Took me longer than expected to figure out where things are and how to get set up. Not a dealbreaker, but it could definitely be smoother.

I have store on Shopify and Etsy using Printify. I've been using Printify Premium and Printify Choice to fulfill my US orders, and while the platform has many strengths, the recent quality control issues have been very disappointing. Out of around 10 orders placed this past week on my Etsy store, 4 orders involving the Gildan 64000 shirts were delivered in the wrong size—that’s a 40% error rate, which is unacceptable for any seller trying to maintain customer trust.

The most frustrating part is that even reprint requests haven’t been handled properly. Order #22620698.30 was originally sent in the wrong size, and even the reprint arrived incorrect again. Now I have to go back to my customer, ask for another photo, and repeat the submission process—all while trying to reassure them that we’re doing our best.

The other affected orders were:

I now feel I can’t even rely on the notes I leave in the issue submission box—so going forward, for every reprint I’ll have to reach out to your support team directly just to make sure the correct item is actually sent. That shouldn’t be necessary.

As a paying subscriber, I expect a much higher standard. I’m spending more time apologizing and fixing mistakes than growing my store. Printify, if you are reading this—please take this seriously and improve quality control, especially for Printify Choice orders of Gildan64000. This is impacting small businesses trying to deliver reliable service.

I love Printify. I own a clothing brand and like to sell their 1301 t-shirts. What I would love to see is custom jeans with a good variety that go well with streetwear brands. I think it would be a game changer for entrepreneurs in so many ways. It would be a fantastic way to sell jeans on demand without holding inventory. Something that can rarely be found in POD yet but I think it will be a great addition for businesses. I hope to see jeans in the future! (:

Printify has a lot of potential, but the user interface really holds it back. Simple tasks often feel confusing, and the dashboard layout makes managing products and orders more complicated than it should be. With a better, more intuitive setup, this platform could be so much better. Right now, it’s just too frustrating to use consistently.

easy to use, only thing is I'm making my graphics in canva and even though I'm using the Canva T-shirt template it's always smaller than the printify area when I upload it so hopefully the images are placed right and look right. I just ordered some shirts for an event I'm doing next week so hopefully they come out nice.

It's a Good app easy to get things Going.
the new text in the creation area is a little bit primitive
but dose the simple task Easly
i understand not having mockups for the new items
i just wished the ability to insert your own pics was left in place
it would make it a lot easer.

I paid for Printify VIP expecting priority access, smoother syncs, and zero headaches — but instead I’ve been hit with constant problems.

Products show “in stock” in Printify, but when I publish to Shopify, suddenly colors are missing. Your team told me to replace the supplier — fine. But that didn’t solve anything. Then I’m told to duplicate the whole product, just to get sizes to show up?

I didn’t pay for VIP to waste time manually fixing issues your system should automate. It’s literally ruining launch momentum and killing my workflow.

Either fix how Printify syncs size availability accurately, or stop advertising VIP as if it guarantees anything special.

You’re blocking us from making money — and that’s unacceptable.
