Overall great customer service! I get quick replies to any questions and concerns I have. The one area I've requested that should be improved upon is that they don't automatically reduce stock to zero quantity when they discontinue items as some other apps do. This caused me to have to return a customer order recently. I was told that they send e-mails, but I didn't see this particular one. They did take note of my concern and said they would pass it along to the app developers. Please take care of that and the app would be spot on perfect. I love how I can quickly design a product from my phone or computer. I have been able to keep my store stocked and customers happy.

This app ruined my business with their garbage prints. i started getting lots of complains from customers for the bad quality of the prints ( they also sent me photos so i know what i'm saying ) so i left the app a few days ago and the worst thing is that since then they stopped replying to my emails. i'm still waiting to be refunded for a hoodie that was already in production! wrote to them about this NO REPLY in days. i don't want to be charged for another month of subscription to their app since i won't be using it , considering i unsubscribed, uninstalled, deleted shop and account and everything possible! and considerng they are literally STEALING MY MONEY not refunding me! i contacted Shopify multiple times and they were so kind as always and reached out to them about this subscription matter but guess what? NO REPLY. EVEN TO SHOPIFY.

I like the app it's nice being attached to shopify. I won't have to log on separately to make items.

Printify is really the one-stop shop for print products. I've mainly stuck to T-shirts so far but am now contemplating expanding to some of their other products, for example, home decor and wall art.

Good selection of T-shirts, including no-sweatshop options and v high quality. The interface for mocking up the designs is fairly easy to understand and all the technical details are spelled out re correct resolution, and proofing colors.

What's really brilliant is they fulfill everything. Once you've got your designs uploaded, just let the seamless integration with Shopify take over - in theory, there's nothing more to do.

I recommend without hesitation.

I love the connection Printify has with Shopify. All I have to do is create and upload the the design and Printify takes care of the rest, in addition to making it easy to upload to my Shopify store.
